Thank you so much again Elizabeth 1 for organising today. I was made to feel very welcome although I didn’t have the chance to speak to everyone there and apologise for this but time flies by when you are having a nice time. Nice to put a name to a face. Thanks again. Brunette

You people have this meetup lark down to a fine art.
I always enjoy reading your plans taking shape.
(I probably need to get a life!) smile

Elegran Fri 28-Sept-18 23:08:41

We've been doing it for a while, MissA

Jangran99 Fri 28-Sept-18 23:15:10

You'd be very welcome to join us Miss A We come from all airts and pairts?

Marydoll Fri 28-Sept-18 23:18:28

MissA, distance no object. It was quicker for. Old Goat to come from York to Edinburgh than it did for me to get from Glasgow to Edinburgh.☺️

MissAdventure Fri 28-Sept-18 23:20:03

Oh I would love to, as a really love Scotland.
It felt like 'coming home' each time I went.
Its 400 odd miles away from me though.
I'll be there in spirit!

Grammaretto Fri 28-Sept-18 23:20:24

Thanks Eliz1 for the organising and good company. What a lot we have in common besides age and gender..
I feel I met a few more of you. Hi Brunette!!
I'm only just home because I had an extra adventure. I took ill on the bus home and fainted. An ambulance was called and I have been in a&e all evening.
I am fine now. I hope everyone else is ok.

Marydoll Fri 28-Sept-18 23:24:38

Oh my goodness Gramaretto! What a terrible thing to happen! I hope you are ok, now!
Take care. flowers

Jangran99 Fri 28-Sept-18 23:25:32

Relieved to hear you are recovered Grammaretto, but that must have been very unpleasant.?
