HRT not available

I have been trying to get a repeat prescription for my HRT for several weeks now. Finally the doctors surgery and the pharmacist has said it is unavailable and they do not know when it will be back in. I have been told this is the case for many HRT tablets and patches. Has anyone else had a problem getting their HRT

Elleste still unavailable, and Zumenon, the replacement, is only available for three months, supply uncertain after that. These shortages have been happening for years, without any valid reason as far as I can see.
