Yes, am always up for a sartorial comment.
Expensive very soft leather trousers, great look if you can carry it off and you need to be tall and slim ( am sadly not) so, as long as she teems it with the correct look top, could look wonderful.Have never actually seen her wearing them mind you, just heard about them.Generally I like the things she wears, a bit quirky .

Should I vote Labour

Statement of intent not the manifesto
1. Reverse the cut in corporation tax saving £64bn over the parliamentary cycle
2£10 minimum wage for all over 18s
3. 17% rise in unpaid farmers allowance (exrea £500 pa) - paid by reversing the Inheritance Tax cut.
4. Renationalise railways as the franchises lapse
5. Stop NHS private contracts. Phase out existing private contracts thus saving 3.5bn - 5bn at present going as profit to the private health companies
6. Build 200k homes a year. Half from the private sector and half council homes by giving LAs the power to borrow against assets. This should ensure that 12bn housing benefit bill at present going into private landlords pockets should gradually fall.
7. 4 new public holidays
8. End zero- hours jobs by guaranteeing a contract for all workers on regular hours.
9 Ban any company from tendering for government contracts if they are based in an off shore tax haven and pay their CEO more tha £350k pa
10 stop the opening of new free schools and grammars
11 Stop sweetheart deLs between HMRC and bug corps. All large companies should publish their tax returns
12 Eradicate gender pay gap
13 cut business rates by £1.5bn
14 End the practice by large corps, of taking longer than the accepted 28 days to pay SMEs
May has pretty good clothes sense. A lot better than Thatcher! She let herself down when she wore that awful sari in India.
She's running a very interesting non-campaign at the moment. Low profile does not even cover it. Saying "strong and stable" a lot and focussing on how strong and hard she is going to be re Brexit.
European leaders deeply unimpressed with her tough-girl posturing.
Nipping to meetings with Tory members and making a quick getaway back to London.
Possible explanations:
She thinks she's so far ahead in the polls she just needs to do as little as possible and let Labour fail
She's too busy micro-managing the manifesto (which is presumably going to mention the words strong, stable and hard - and only talk about Brexit)
She's scared to face the public - to to go on TV.
Her advisers think that the less exposure she gets the better. (they tried their best to keep Cameron away from TV debates in 2015)
She's trying to distract the electorate from the Tory failure to manage the economy and her total lack of ideas for improving anything.
She really hates the job and wants to lose.
Why vote Labour? Because another 5 years of Tory rule is going to be utterly disastrous for the UK and all the things we hold dear. The NHS is going to deteriorate beyond recognition. The needs of increasing numbers of the sick and elderly are not going to be addressed and care is going to deteriorate. Women and children, who have already suffered 85% of the impact of "austerity" will be driven further and further into poverty.
And the extremely rich will continue to get richer.
Does anyone know what date the manifestoes are a supposed to be with us?

100% correct. That's my workplace, she didn't arrive until we'd all left for the day. Everyone in the building past 6pm was invite-only.
She's asked Labour voters in Leeds to lend her their votes for a strong Brexit.
Sort of forgotten that Leeds voted to remain.
Rumour has it that the Tory manifesto is not going to be ready for two more weeks.
Obviously the decision to call an election was, uncharacteristically
Without, perhaps, considering the implications of the PM's pronouncements that she is on the side of those just about managing families.
The government was in court yesterday because they are fighting shy of publishing their policy on reducing air pollution. Judge was not impressed. And neither should we be impressed - the health of children and people of all ages is being damaged by the high levels of pollution in our major cities and they are dragging their feet - presumably because they don't want to upset the owners of diesel cars.

Another reason to vote Labour.
Cast your mind back just a few years. Cameron was regularly trying to distract from the undercover privatisation of the NHS. He was continually criticising the NHS in Wales, where it is run by a Labour government.
The Cancer Drugs Fund was an off the cuff policy he introduced. It cut across the careful process of evaluating new drugs and whether they give value for money.
Turns out is was a bad idea and wasted a huge amount of money.

Here's another one:
For the first time in our lives, life expectancy for our age group has fallen, two years running.
If you want a good quality NHS, and a care system that helps those who can't pay themselves, then Labour is the only choice.

Interesting, Jess. Should state pension age now be reducing?
If you live in one of the constituencies where a Labour MP is standing down, eight of the nine chosen candidates are women.
If you want more women in parliament, vote Labour.
If you are concerned about housing you should vote Labour.

If you are a Labour Party Member then yes you should vote Labour and not at the same time say vote tactically.
If you are a member of any party you should support them.
The Labour party headquarters are checking for any members advocating tactical voting, in particular suggesting other parties to vote for.
It's against party rules.
Anyone who does this could have membership rescinded, and therefore not be able to vote for the leadership the next time.
Interestingly, it will be mainly the right wingers who will have their membership taken away.
Were you a member Jen?
Why are those on the right to be treated differently? Silly question I suppose , the left are needed to support ghe weak leader

"The Labour party headquarters are checking for any members advocating tactical voting, in particular suggesting other parties to vote for.

Blimey are you concerned? How will they know that is what you have been doing?
How on earth can they find out who, what, where and when ? Is it that Big Brother in the Labour Party?
Why would it be the right wingers who have their membership taken away?
I have heard some Labour MP's advocate 'voting tactically' are they going to have their membership rescinded?
Interesting.
Jen is safe, she said it will be mainly those on the right who will have their membership taken away

Are you a member of the voting police POGS? Surely it is for everyone and their conscience to decide how they vote
GG MK 2
Oh there you are.
"Are you a member of the voting police POGS? Surely it is for everyone and their conscience to decide how they votes."
A). The thread is entitled ' Should I Vote Labour '
B). Perhaps I have an ethic of loyalty that evades you.
I don't understand why a member of a political party can advocate others vote for parties other than the one they are a member of , or even contemplate voting for another party themselves.
Lastly NO I am not a member of the 'voting police ', what a rude and ignorant question. I am exercising my right as a GN Member to post on any thread I want , that doesn't apparently meet with your approval, AGAIN.
It's not GracesGran who's being rude and ignorant - YET AGAIN.
It Certaintly isn't POGS, I rather envy her calm replies to the most unpleasant attacks she receives
Very few people are actually members of parties.
They are the only ones who should have to vote on party lines.
Tony Blair has been advocating that people vote for other parties. I hope we find out when he gets suspended from the party.
