My point about other countries is to highlight that this issue is not always due to govt policies and there is no obvious correlation to the wealth or size of the country.
The number of homeless is around double in Germany. It's a similar percentage to the UK in Sweden and France.
All countries struggle with reducing the number of homeless. Instead of just criticising, as I asked before - who is getting it right?
