Trisher, I read yesterday that it was to stop the US enquiry into Russian and US collusion in the referendum and the two elections. I can quite believe that.

I think Corbyn is a dead duck now for future elections.

It doesn’t matter which way you look at it, Jeremy Corbyn is damaging the credibility, popularity & appeal to many ordinary Labour Party voters/supporter In a good light you could admire his alleged core beliefs, but as leader of the Labour Party I believe he is allianating Mr & Mrs Average because of the ambiguity in his comments, especially in light of recent events. So even though many people may not have a lot of confidence in the present government the alternative is by no means an attractive option with JC at the helm. Ohh yes & where is that supposed saviour of our Country, anyone seen Nigel, ?Lets hope my post will not be reported as has previously happened. I don’t think I have overstepped the Guidelines on this occasion.

@GNHQ Lara, this is a common problem with threads where people discuss Corbyn and post negative comments about him. We've already lost one thread because of this and it is a shame.
I agree that the same thing is happening again in this thread and posters know that this behaviour results in deletion of the thread. Is there any other sanction available to the people causing this disruption, rather than deleting the thread?

Personally, I agree that Corbyn's days could be numbered as leader; He is not strong but the people behind him are, so perhaps that is wishful thinking on my part.

There's nothing I'd like better than to see a more moderate, intelligent, well-educated and sensible leader of the LP such as Keir Starmer.

I arrested Jalima, Did you see him on Question Time, I thought he came across extremely well, despite the guy next to him ,can’t think of his name now, but he didn’t do himself any favours, only imo of course .

So you have formed a Keir Starmer fan club. Can I ask how you think that will change things? Corbyn remains the leader of the Labour Party. Starmer isn't. From what I can gather supporting Starmer gives you a sort of Get Out of Gaol Free card. You can say you are against the Tories and this government and you support Starmer, which effectively means nothing but salves your conscience. If you really believe this government's policies are wrong and you want a better future where austerity isn't allowed to damage people and many benefit rather than a few why not bite the bullet and get behind Corbyn? Or perhaps you don't really care that much....
