It’s such a worry isn’t it glamma ? My DD was all prepared for theatre after her labour went on and on and getting nowhere. She suddenly felt the urge to push and thankfully a brilliant doctor helped her baby into the world .
I will be thinking about you and your family tonight , please let us know when you have your baby safely delivered. x

I have only just managed to find this thread again to check on developements, and am so pleased for all of you whose waiting is over - congratulations to you all. 
Still some way to go (another 10 weeks) for my own DiL, but so far so good.
Good news baby girl has finally arrived after a long labour ending with an emergency C section as she developed a low heart rate.
Little one born this morning at 9.45 weighing in at 8lbs 3 ozs so mum dad and baby now resting and doing fine according to my DS1.
Thank you ladies for all the good wishes.
