Baby's on the way.....

JenniferEccles Tue 07-May-19 17:31:32

I believe the couple are planning to release a picture of the baby tomorrow (Wed) so we shall soon see who he resembles.

Mycatisahacker Tue 07-May-19 17:31:37

Maxdecatt

What a horrible post. You should seek help with your issues you really should. You must be so angry inside. I feel sorry for you I really do.

annep1 Tue 07-May-19 17:45:05

It took me a while to get that maxdecat. I'm not a royalist but that is uncalled for.

grannycakes Tue 07-May-19 17:47:02

What an incredibly nasty and spiteful thread - some of you need to have a good hard look at yourselves

GrannyGravy13 Tue 07-May-19 17:56:04

I sincerely hope that no member of the Royal Family ever gets to see this thread!!!!

This is the first Baby of a couple very much in love who have not even celebrated their first wedding anniversary, shame on you!!!

This really is GN at its very worst.

phoenix Tue 07-May-19 18:07:31

Well, I agree with those who posted that they would be glad to see the end of the "bump holding" photos!

Bridgeit Tue 07-May-19 18:13:37

As this is Gransnet, I assume you all have Grandchildren
On that level alone SOME of you should be ashamed of your comments .

annep1 Tue 07-May-19 18:16:45

I doubt they would care what we think GG13. But people are entitled to their views and to voice them - bar nasty gossip (imo).

Anniebach Tue 07-May-19 18:24:04

Maxdecatt never address me in such a foul post again.

Anniebach Tue 07-May-19 18:27:14

Bridgeit* still more criticism , rather hypocritical

Gonegirl Tue 07-May-19 18:29:04

So they've just said on the news that the baby was born in a posh hospital in London. The Portland. Why did they mislead everyone into thinking it was a home birth at Frogmore.

Losing patience with 'em now. hmm

Gonegirl Tue 07-May-19 18:30:09

That's just deceitful. Silly spoilt brats.

Gonegirl Tue 07-May-19 18:30:44

And I'm a royalist. Or was.

GillT57 Tue 07-May-19 18:31:19

What a nasty thread this is. Vicious. They are a young couple who have just had their first baby. I am not a royalist but I wish them and all other new parents well. A few of you need to take a good look at yourselves.

Gonegirl Tue 07-May-19 18:33:18

Now they're saying "we don't know" (where it was born)

Ridiculous.

GrannyGravy13 Tue 07-May-19 18:35:04

My darling daughter-in-law was scheduled for a home birth, midwife was with them, they still ended up in hospital. Why on earth does it matter where the infant was born?
None of us know the circumstances of her labour nor are we entitled to.

Gonegirl Tue 07-May-19 18:37:21

Yeah. Maybe. Ignore me. (But why are they still keeping it under wraps? confused)

Gonegirl Tue 07-May-19 18:37:40

The place. Not the baby.

Anniebach Tue 07-May-19 18:38:47

My sympathy lies with ardent royalists who genuinely adore this couple.

The birth of a child is a joy , not something to use for attention .

To announce ‘there will be no announcement’ , then hours after the birth to ask for tv cameras for a speech to be made.

Yes I have been critical , not bitching , I dislike attention seeking celebrities and regret the loss of dignity which this royal family always shows in public.

Bridgeit Tue 07-May-19 18:40:54

Annie , you are just not making any sense in your replies to me.

Bridgeit Tue 07-May-19 18:42:08

If they adored this couple they would leave them alone, adoration can be selfish & dangerous

Day6 Tue 07-May-19 18:42:40

I cannot take to Meghan, and I know I am not alone, but querying the baby's genetic make-up and looks (and skin colour!) is deplorable.

He is a new born baby boy, with parents who love him and each other very much, whatever we think of the Royals. Give him (and them!) a chance!

Bridgeit Tue 07-May-19 18:43:40

Well said Day6

Anniebach Tue 07-May-19 18:45:06

Bridgeit I have made my replies perfectly clear , you criticise posters for criticising,

Bridgeit Tue 07-May-19 18:50:01

If unwarranted spitefulness is acceptable then I make no apologies for my criticism of those who choose to be so.
As mother & grandmothers we should set a better example .
