Banning milkshakes to save Farage

Who’s worrying? I was illustrating the fact that no real harm was done( but could have been.)
Any figure who is popular, but also unpopular ( an awful lot of MP’s in there) comes in for verbal flak, but that’s where it should stop.

I had a gorgeous banana milkshake just last week..... much too yummy to throw at anyone.

That's a bit excessive. What about a plain carton of milk each and give the other £7.50 to help people in poverty or homeless after all, these threads always bleat on about excessive spending and helping less fortunate families.

Anyway I brought the milkshakes and later we all had far more expensive cocktails because I love them and I love treating them and drinking cocktails!

We do monthly food bank drops and support dogs trust

mycat the point I was making was that the MSM just really played down the JC incident because it was JC. That should worry all of us. Bloody Jeremy Vine on his stupid C5 programme even did a whole ‘jokey’ item on it where he had an egg broken on his head and asked if the police didn’t have better things to do than arrest egg throwers. The hypocrisy is breathtaking but now of course I know on GN everyone will be very even handed when politicians are threatened or attacked so that’s all right then.

Interesting though.....you have not once said on this thread that you disagree with thrown milkshakes ( or eggs or anything else)
If they are aimed at somebody you dislike, whereas most of GN say they think it very wrong to throw things at any

lemon it’s you that’s bring silly - the JC incident was played down and minimalised as anyone with any awareness knows - and I’m not alone on this thread in thinking that. I was talking about MSM treatment of it btw. As for my own views, I basically wanted to call out the hypocrisy that surrounds issues like this. However unlike you my views on the need to protect MPs of all colours were clearly expressed on the AS thread and I didn’t have a volte-face as you did depending on my views of the politician involved. So I think there should not be physical attacks or physical intimidation and nor should there be the hypocrisy we see in the media about how such behaviour is reported and the weight given to it.

Oh dear I must stop - but Nigel Fromage is sitting in his vest and pants waiting for Banks to pay his cleaning bill.

No volte face from me at all, if anyone had thrown something at Soubrey I would have said the same as I have on throwing things at Corbyn and Farage.
