Several prominent members of this forum have stated that they left the Labour Party when Jeremy Corbyn was elected leader. However, the membership of the party increased by four hundred thousand following Corbyn becoming leader.
Undoubtedly those many thousands joined because they were aware that under that leadership the Labour Party would return to its traditional socialist roots. In that, they were assured an executive reorganisation would offer grassroots members a real say in bringing forward those true socialist policies. That has come about, and that's the way it should be.
The British Labour Party/Movement is the largest political organisation in Europe.
