Here you are.

All Corbyn critics etc can now have a thread all to yourselves.

Callistemon Quote [Many new people did join the Labour Party, yes, but at the time many other 'traditional labour voters' deserted them and followed UKIP. ]End Quote.

Several prominent members of this forum have stated that they left the Labour Party when Jeremy Corbyn was elected leader. However, the membership of the party increased by four hundred thousand following Corbyn becoming leader.

Undoubtedly those many thousands joined because they were aware that under that leadership the Labour Party would return to its traditional socialist roots. In that, they were assured an executive reorganisation would offer grassroots members a real say in bringing forward those true socialist policies. That has come about, and that's the way it should be.

The British Labour Party/Movement is the largest political organisation in Europe.

Iam64 Wed 17-Jul-19 13:43:37

I expect so Annie

lemongrove Wed 17-Jul-19 14:34:56

Anyone who disagrees with Corbyn ( anyone at all) is dismissed as a Blairite.
Better a Blairite than a Corbynista is what I say.

Anniebach Wed 17-Jul-19 14:54:23

I agree lemon

Along with with the post by Grany @ 8:09 today (18/07/19) the Police have concluded no criminal offences were committed in the Peterborough by-election following an investigation into a fifth and final allegation of electoral fraud.

Cambridgeshire Police had already found no evidence of wrongdoing after probing an allegation of ballot-burning, a report of bribery, and two claims related to postal votes.

The force said on Tuesday it had also now found no offences were committed in relation to a fifth allegation of a breach of voting privacy.

Labour’s Lisa Forbes won last month's election, beating the Brexit Party into second place by 683 votes. Nigel Farage's Brexit Party claimed vote-rigging may have played a role in the narrow victory and called for an inquiry.

So once again it has been proved that Fascist Farage attempts to discredit the Labour party and it's hard working activists in that election is completely false. I seem to recall that many on this forum actively supported the Farage accusations in a thread devoted to those charges, I wonder if they would care to comment now.

Of course if Fascist Farage or Boris (The Buffoon) Johnson become Prime Minster their will be in all probability no Bye elections or any other political Ballots for who knows how long if they get their way in the proroguing of Parliament. However I do not expect to see any criticism of that on this forum

The above I feel proves the total obsession of some members of this forum with the the criticism of Jeremy Corbyn and the Labour Party regardless of the truth of any allegations made.

Interesting that neither of these has appeared on the front of newspapers or, as far as I can see, been mentioned on MSM.

No comments on Robert Winston ? Strange , a man of honour , a good , caring man.

What a dilemma, believe Sqwak box or Dr Robert Winston

Anniebach Thu 18-Jul-19 10:12:01

The wall mural ? Not anti semetic, yet Corbyn changed his mind and said it was, he hadn’t looked closely when he defended it.

The wreath laying for terrorists who murdered Olympic athletes ?

Corbyn ‘ I was present but I don’t know if I was involved.

Jabberwok Thu 18-Jul-19 11:30:50

Annie!! ? confused ??

Anniebach Thu 18-Jul-19 11:35:03

Not forgetting Corbyn was on a site which was anti semetic,
he didn’t read the posts !

Anniebach Thu 18-Jul-19 11:53:24

A member of the pro Corbyn fringe group ,

‘ Jewish Voice For Labour ‘ a Glyn Secker.

Addressing a Pro Palestian march in London

‘What are the Jews doing in the gutter ‘

Glyn Secker was suspended from the party in 2018 for being
a member of ‘Facebook Group,Palestine Live’ where anti semetism and holocaust denial were shared.

The suspension was lifted because - he was not found to have said anything in the group.

Grandad1943 Thu 18-Jul-19 12:11:12

One forum member, total and absolute obsession with Jeremy Corbyn and nothing else.

GracesGranMK3, in regard to your post @10:03 today, it is very noticeable how the accusations of wrongdoing by the Labour Party and it's activist in the Peterborough by-election were on the front pages of Britain's right-wing newspapers and made top headlines on other media.

However, it is also very noticeable that the findings by the police that no wrongdoing was entered into whatsoever by Labour Party activists have received little attention from that same media.

Simular can be stated in regard to forum members on here who so much supported those accusations.

Grandad1943 Thu 18-Jul-19 12:15:01

Anniebach, 15 members of the Tory Party have been expelled from that party in the last few weeks for there islamophobic and anti-semitic statements on social media and then readmitted to the party within a few days

Any comment on that Anniebach.

Now wait for the diversion of thread post. grin

Grandad1943 Thu 18-Jul-19 12:22:35

Apologies, should be their not there in my post above.

Just in case the grammar and spelling police are out on the forum today. wink

Anniebach Thu 18-Jul-19 12:25:40

What is your opinion of what Robert Winston said grandad1943 ?

This is a thread on the Labour Party

Anniebach Thu 18-Jul-19 12:28:44

Glyn Secker was suspended then reinstated grandad1943
He said the Jews were in the gutter’ you agree or not?

Anniebach Thu 18-Jul-19 12:32:12

grandad1943, do you think it is possible to attend a wreath laying ceremony to terrorists but not know if you were involved ?

Fennel Thu 18-Jul-19 12:33:56

Annie - Robert Winston is a very clever compassionate man. But just as vulnerable to prejudice as the rest of us.
That's my view anyway, I know others disagree, but I believe it's one of our human weaknesses.

Grandad1943 Thu 18-Jul-19 12:37:55

Anniebach, I have commented on those questions along with others on very many previous occasions on this forum. I believe that should suffice even yourself.

Other than that, it's the same old singer with the same old song.

Anniebach Thu 18-Jul-19 12:53:04

You are mistaken grandad1943 Robert Winston has not been discussed, he gave a tv interview yesterday .

With respect ‘same old singer with the same old song ‘ surely applies to the many posts praising Jennie Formby , and health and safety

Anniebach Thu 18-Jul-19 12:55:17

Fennel you are vulnerable to prejudice ?
