Well, that's odd. I still have my original birth certificate, and my children's, which were made out by the Registrar in my presence... And, as I gave birth to those children I know their certificates are correct..

What on earth do you mean ? Original birth certificate? Don't you have yours? What did you do with it?

If you think something sinister has happened to your birth registration, why be so mysterious? Who has nobbled it and why and when?

Companies House? Many offices are closed while people work at home, or closed to people actually walking in. It is because of the pandemic. Remember that?
