They have two lovely children. I wish they would just live quietly with them. I don't want to hear about their charitable donations. I wouldn't broadcast mine.

Well they didn’t send me a card so I’m not offended by their donations. The kids look happy, blimey people can complain about not seeing them “properly” - if they were just staring at the camera there’d be complaints about that as well.

They just can't help themselves can they? Just no insight at all.

Well they didn’t send me a card so I’m not offended by their donations. The kids look happy, blimey people can complain about not seeing them “properly” - if they were just staring at the camera there’d be complaints about that as well.

I guess I just prefer photographs to actually show the subject and not just a sideways glimpse of them. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but it's almost like they're teasing the viewer and not giving them a proper look.

My cousin and his wife have just sent everybody a message on Facebook saying that they won't be sending Xmas cards but have made a donation to charity X. Several other friends have done the same thing.

I guess I'd best just message them all and say that they are attention seeking poseurs with no sense of propriety.

Must protect their privacy, mustn’t let the plebs see them like that common William and Kate do. How nice to hear yet more about their bl**dy charitable donations. Bah humbug!

That’s right Alegrias. I have someone who always does that who can well afford to send cards and give to charity. I always think it’s a lazy cop out but still (reluctantly) send him a card every year.

Not quite the same thing and you know it. H&M are always banging their own gong about their good work to make sure we know how virtuous they are.

Saints William and Kate know how to do Christmas cards taken on holiday in the summer with everyone wearing shorts and legs akimbo. We definitely got a proper butchers on that card. None of that side view which everyone hates.

Like I said... miserable bunch.

Mind you there’s a lot of it about just now, FB is full of it.
