I haven’t broken or bent any rules. I find it nauseating that you choose to judge people LuckyFour, especially when so many of us have lost loved ones and not even able to say goodbye.

Why are you all so cynical, it's nauseating. I'm no supporter of the Tories or Boris but nor do I think we'd be better off with Starmer. On the whole Boris and the others have done well reacting to the situation day after awful day. There shouldn't have been parties of course but before we criticise we should all look back over the last two years. Can we all honestly say we haven't broken or 'bent' the rules a bit, and then justified it to ourselves. Be honest.

I'll be honest. I haven't broken or even bent any Covid rules ever - not once.

I didn't realise until today what a bunch of biased Labour supporters the ladies on Grandnet were, I would just like to ask when is Keir Starmer going to apologise for drinking beer in an enclosed space during lockdown, oh I forgot he was working.

Labour supporters ? Oh no ? Where are my pearls ?

I’m not by the way I’m just very very anti this government and I believe quite a few others on GN are of the same persuasion

Do I take it you are impressed with the PM ?

I have no wish to argue. But your remark about giving help and support made me laugh ( black humour) because of some of the ridiculous situations I’ve been involved in because of my friends Alzheimer’s.

Same here, and it has cost us a fortune. Not once.

I do support the Conservative party, I am not impressed with Boris at the moment, but I do have to say that I feel that the government have done an excellent job with regard to the vaccine programme, and I don't believe any of the other parties could have done better. Yes mistakes have been made there shouldn't have been partys but people constantly going on about it won't make the situation any better or go away. I don't favour pearls myself more of a gold girl.smilesmile

Casdon Tue 18-Jan-22 16:55:09

It’s all in the insinuation GrannyGravy13 isn’t it?

jennyvg but the other parties responsible for the vaccination programmes have done better if that’s the measure you are using for government success - both Scotland and Wales vaccination programmes have been more successful than England?

Clevedon Tue 18-Jan-22 16:56:52

He's hiding

'Joke' of the day. Farrow and Ball have brought out a new colour called Sue Gray. It is very pale and if spread thinly looks like white wash!

Harsh but justified. It is a great pity that the PM's leadership has come to this. We deserve better.

Maremia Tue 18-Jan-22 18:09:55

Not once either. Not for funerals, birthdays, Christmas, New Year.
And, can't remember who made the remark about 'Labour voters', I thought this was a forum for Allsorts from everywhere.

Maremia Tue 18-Jan-22 18:11:39

Good one Kali2

Libman Tue 18-Jan-22 22:01:48

I haven’t broken the rules. I didn’t see my brother last Christmas and now won’t ever again.

BlueBelle Tue 18-Jan-22 22:13:54

Starmer was in the same environment with the same people totally different situation you can’t right a wrong by searching for someone else to blame jennyvg

but people constantly going on about it won't make the situation any better or go away. people have every right to go on about it while he continues to lie and squirm his way out of it like a naughty schoolboy “ wasn’t me Miss it was him”
No guts the man’s an insult to peoples intelligence
Anyway it’s was the NHS that pulled the vaccination programme off the same NHS that him and his cronies are trying to sell out to privatisation

MayBee70 Tue 18-Jan-22 22:19:34

Rumour has it he’s meeting MP’s one by one. Promising them knighthoods I suppose. I can usually summon up some pity for most people but I feel none for him. History will not look kindly on him.

paddyann54 Tue 18-Jan-22 22:22:56

The Led By Donkeys AC12 interview is brilliant Parsley shame the real Met wont do anything about his awful behaviour ,seems they are crooks too!!

MayBee70 Tue 18-Jan-22 22:25:19

Well, he’s always wanted to make people laugh at him…

Kali2 Tue 18-Jan-22 22:28:11

Friday will be crunch day it seems, if not before.

Coastpath Tue 18-Jan-22 22:43:10
