Aveline
Nicola speaks. Not her finest hour. Sorry Alegrias people all over the country are laughing at this idea.
Nicola doesn't speak though, does she Aveline, if you actually look at the article you posted?
I haven't been in a classroom for over 40 years. I've no idea if the teachers like to leave doors open, if they get told off for wedging them open, or if anyone thinks its a good idea to have windows open in the Highlands in the middle of winter with minus 5 degrees outside.
But money is being made available for a number of optional measures. Some will be unsuited to some situations, maybe nobody will even modify a door. But the government didn't come up with this over a plate of porridge in the morning, its the recommendation of people who know about ventilation. But the first reaction of all the opposition leaders (and Willie Rennie
) and the anti-SNP newspapers, and everyone on GN who likes to jump on a half formed anti-Nicola story, is to start mocking the idea, making things up about it, telling lies about it and going on and on about fire regulations.
Throw in a bit of name calling and we're all done.
Yes, I am annoyed.
