I don't think that any world leaders will deliberately go into WW3, although there is a danger of getting there in stages if we don't find better solutions. Biden would be less concerned about a war in Europe (which would obviously affect us massively) than leaders here would be, and I do think he is a worrying force.
As for the parties - I am extremely concerned about the way they have reduced confidence in democracy and the political system in the UK. We have been ruled by consent for hundreds of years, and anything that reduces the trust between government and the people puts that (and therefore democracy itself) at risk. We are a rapidly diminishing power since we split from Europe, and Johnson, Truss etc are doing nothing to enhance our reputation or allegiances abroad, which is scary in itself.
I think we are in very dangerous times, but I wonder if the parties and associated dishonesty might turn the tide, and we'll see a change of direction before it is too late.
