Totally outrageous, misogynistic so called news item in the dreaded DM today.

Senior Tories have accused Angela Raynor of distracting our buffoon Prime Minister by crossing and uncrossing her legs - à la Sharon Stone - in Prime Minister's question time.

Can they sink any lower???

Yet another disgusting example of the true mind sets of the guffawing Tories. They're a disgrace yet again.

Ahem, is it possible that Johnson, or one of his allies arranged this ‘story’. Great distraction from the Real World and an opportunity for Johnson to criticise misogyny?

Me. Yesterday. 13:27.

Don't worry.

No-one believed his misogyny condemning tweet.

No-one believes anything he says..

Now my name will be mud??

You see, I am so practical -
He's saying "I thought I told you my zip needed mended"
She's saying "I thought I told you to do it yourself"

Or is he saying
‘Now you know where the signed Brexit Treaty is. You’ll have to get it for yourself.’
If you look closely you can see she’s leaning forward because she’s actually being sick.

Has anyone accused the alluring Tory front benchers Pritti Patel, Liz Truss and Nadine Dorries of trying to distract the opposition by leg crossing?

No, thought not.

Iam64 Sun 24-Apr-22 19:13:13

Johnson has condemned the misogyny directed at Raynor
How any woman can criticise Raynor in this situation is beyond me

varian Sun 24-Apr-22 18:58:43

What an appalling indictment of the PM by his dwindling, and increasingly desperate band of supporters.

GillT57 Sun 24-Apr-22 18:38:32

Allsorts: this is hopefully not a goady post, but just what will it take for you to ever condemn the Johnson administration? Not the Tories, some of whom are decent human beings, but this current crew?

Parsley3 Sun 24-Apr-22 18:36:52

I have just read the article online ( free through my library membership) and it says that the exchanges between Johnson and Raynor are seen as ‘flirty’ by some MPs. I feel slightly sick if this is true. Thank goodness that Johnson and others have condemned this dangerous nonsense. This is Parliament we are talking about not some bl#### first dates reality show.

I admire Angela Rayner and think she is a positive force in the Labour Party and Parliament.

It’s true she hasn’t got Johnson’s debating skills, hers are far superior.

I’m a state educated woman from a working class background.

They'd probably realise she had as little integrity as them and think they were actually in with a real chance, instead of just hoping.

CvD66 Sun 24-Apr-22 17:12:54

Think - what if she had maybe 6 or is it 7 children by different partners, cavorted with a male pole dancer, left her husband when he was ill to shack up with a man 20 years her junior and then had two more children? How would the men's reaction be to that?

There is a very rude photo of Johnson and I think his current wife, but it would go down like a lead ballon with the pearl clutchers on GN.

Madgran77 Sun 24-Apr-22 16:44:54

She makes me cringe. Loud mouthed and don’t agree with anything she says, she’s like Keir in as much they haven’t an idea between them just keep on pecking away at old scabs

But whatever one thinks of her, surely that doesn't make it ok to start attacking her with a load of mysogynistic, sexist, irrelevant rubbish, (as male conservative MPs have done) whilst ignoring the possibility that if a bloke allows himself to be distracted it is not in any way his responsibility to deal with that?

Tory female MPs are agreeing with her despite being politically poles apart, and good on them!
