Hey
@RishiSunak
apparently you want to give people the kind of opportunities your family were given in being welcomed to the UK. So when can we expect a promise to reverse the Rwanda policy? And can we also have a crackdown on non doms please? Thanks. Have a nice day

AC

When the number of candidates has been whittled down (after they've got rid of the no-hope chancers) we'll no doubt be treated to a TV beauty contest... remember them all perched on stools.

It will be interesting to see who gives a thumbs up to the Rwanda plans - I wonder if any of them will dare support this, but then again they're at the mercy of the Tory party members who get to vote on who our next PM will be.

I’ve come to the conclusion they are all the same and have no idea what’s it like for normal people. They live in a completely different world to most of us.

How about Penny Mordant?

She seems to perform well at the dispatch box, has the huge advantage of coming from an ordinary background and was not privately educated. She is not as far as I am aware wealthy, which is imo another advantage.

She is a Brexiter, but let’s not let that go against her?. Everyone can change. She is a globalist, and friendly with Bill Gates.

I don’t think labour would be happy with her being Tory leader.

The eventual leader will have been voted in by largely, white, southern, wealthy, older males.

Very democratic?

I’ve never forgotten her taking a bet about how many times she could insert the word ‘cock’ into a parliamentary debate. Or was it a speech?

Oh well - that’s her gone then.

I’m very social and have a wide circle of friends, but thank you for your concern.

This jesters court of fools laid waste to the reputation of this country, emptying our public purse to fill their friends and Tory donors pockets in a breathtaking display of shameless corruption, they are beyond the pale, and I think given this my scathing views on them are very mild considering.

Sunak has too many skeletons in the closet I feel. Avoiding tax is the one that most annoys me.

Apprently it was a "forfeit". She was at that time in the Royal Naval Office Reserves (still an Hon Captain RN) it was also about Poultry.

She an amazing local MP she's really down to earth, her "patch" certainly isn't wealthy quite the opposite but they voted her in, that says a lot.
I think it makes her more human.

Totally agree with you on this WWmk2.
Also I think a woman at the helm, after all the sleaze, could be a reassuring counter-balance.
Plus, I was born in Portsmouth. My dad was in the RN!
Go Penny!

Someone who didn't go to Eton would be a refreshing change.

Penny is my choice too.

The world is being manipulated far too much by these ego manic, money driven males. We need more Angela Merkel types but sadly many women stay 'the power behind' never getting to step out Infront.

I’ve just watched Sunak’s video - cringing!!!
I’m fed up with all of them but really hope the best candidate rises to the top somehow...

I would like somebody who has actually had a job and has a fair idea how the rest of us live- without owning £500 table cloths etc.

Do they know how local transport works or have they travelled everywhere by chauffeured car?
