It's my first time posting on this thread, but any people who are not sufficiently moved by photographs of emaciated babies to allow aid in, I find very difficult to understand.
This starving infant is not launching any rockets.
This is the conclusion I am coming to on public opinion - a sense that "things have gone too far".
Another night -last night - more bombs, more dead
"At least 48 Palestinians have been killed in a series of Israeli air strikes in northern Gaza overnight, a local hospital says.
The Indonesian hospital reported that 22 children and 15 women were among the dead after a number of homes in Jabalia town and refugee camp were hit.
A video shared online appeared to show at least a dozen bodies on the floor there.
The Israeli military said it was looking into the reports. It had warned residents of Jabalia and neighbouring areas to evacuate on Tuesday night after a Palestinian armed group launched rockets into Israel.
Relevant points: the reports were made by the Indonesian run hospital, not Hamas Heath Ministry as to reliability:
The people over a large area were given virtually no time to evacuate: there are no IDF reports the hospital was hiding rocket launching facilities or Hamas agents
IDF didn't know exactly where the rockets were launched from, they are "looking into it".
When is enough, enough? The people bombed are receiving no aid. and still threatened with having to somehow move to the south by Netanyahu.
(BBC report, today, on last night)
And yes, it's true, that a number of Conservative MP's have "broken ranks" and spoken up about what is happening in Gaza. but its vague, still calling for recognition of Palestine as a State. (in a number of reports if you google).
