Yes a second body found , not identified yet. They can be given a funeral with their family and friends attending

I hope anyone who prays can remember them in their prayers.

Am not religious but will pray to any God to help them and any other desperate innocent civilians in Gaza.

I cannot even try to understand why take a dead body back to Gaza, they are inhuman, I listened to a young girl taken hostage, she thought as she had a period it would prevent rape,

We don't need to name a God, the nuns who taught me said prayer is like smoke, it all goes up and I like to think that is how it is.

With respect you claim Nuns dismissed the teachings of Christ ? Ok

Of course the nuns didn't. They were talking about the nature of prayer.
The one thing I remember in the teachings of Christ about prayer is that he said, don't pray to be rich or that you're going to catch lots of fish today. And then he taught the Lords prayer as an example of how to pray well.
But book of common prayer has lots of other prayers, that's not dismissing the teachings of Christ.

I don't feel pride in this country no flag flying for me We haven't condemned the awful things happening in Gaza It's been like let them all be killed What about all the people under the rubble and destroyed life's constantly as Israeli settlers steal land

What has the UK got to do with what is happening over there? Pride in your country has nothing to do with atrocities occurring in Gaza. Appalling comment.

Catholic Archbishop of Jerusalem has said the Church of the Holy Family cannot be evacuated due to sick vulnerable and disabled people sheltering there. The priests and nuns will not leave them. The IDF have been told. I hope they respect the sanctuary of the church.

I wondered what would happen to the people who are too ill or disabled in Gaza City. Will the IDF be merciful to them?
The end is on the way for the Gaza that once was and it will be completely reshaped by the US.
Netanyahu is doing the work of clearing Gaza for Trump who will take over in Gaza and whether Israel will get a say in what happens to Gaza we won't know.

Exactly and also some people haven't heard the teachings of Christ through no fault of their own, should the nuns have dismissed their heartfelt prayers? Christian charity seems missing from some.

Abbas is in no way representative of Hamas, he governs the West Bank which is also under attack from Netanyahu.
So disgusting. Am truly shocked about this but realise I shouldn’t be, after all this was ever just about Hamas, a about wiping out all Palestinians.

Don’t agree that it’s about wiping out Palestinians - it’s about the status of the Palestinian State. Babs03. Palestine through the actions of Hamas will never be allowed independent statehood in Israel. That’s just the way it is….

In light of this I refuse to recognise the argument that this is just about Hamas, I find what Hamas did was despicable, however, this action against Abbas, and continued attacks in the West Bank as well as the seizing of land and property by illegal settlers proves beyond any doubt that this is an orchestrated plan between Netanyahu and Trump to eradicate Palestinians.
Call it ethnic cleansing, call it genocide, or try to deny it, is up to you, but this just underlines what I believe is happening to Palestinians.
And I can’t see how any intelligent person cannot see this.

Mahmoud Abbas isn’t Hamas he governs the West Bank.

I agree Babs03. Trump wants Gaza and is aiding Netanyahu in the clearing of Palestinians.
Israel will be tainted by this but the US will be seen as a saviour by some when they rebuild Gaza into another resort.
