4 of the 5 conditions are fulfilled.

UN report.

The applause was from the Israeli delegation, and guests and visitors of the Israelis.

So a war criminal was allowed access to the UN but not the Gaza delegate.

Nor Mahmoud Abbas who had to attend via a video link.

Nothing new from Netanyahu just the same old excuses for wiping out so many people and that the starvation wasn't his fault. Blames Hamas but it's been checked and Hamas had nothing to do with stopping food getting through. It was all Israel.

Checked by whom ?

Nothing could have be so graphically stated as looking at the empty hall and Israel’s isolation.

Definitely, repeat of the 30’s and 40’s

Israel didn’t exist!

Tut tut Annie, all this history, same with Netanyahu, but if I mention the Nakba in 1948 I get shot down in flames.

Those who walk out…just political it plays well with their voters, and Israel won’t care.
On Tony Blair, I may well be the only Labour voter on here who rates him and always did.He made some mistakes including Iraq but any PM at the time, unless it happened to be Corbyn who wouldn’t fight for anything at all, could have done the same, it was a difficult call.
He may be the right person to do this if Israel and the US agree. Finishing of hamas comes first of course.

I think the question is how it sat with Trump. Probably no more new than Netanyahu has been bending his ear with over the months.

I am pleased that Trump has said annexing West Bank is a red line, but unclear how he will prevent a pariah state out of control.

👏👏👏 Oreo Bali, the only Labour leader to win three consecutive general elections

Anniebach

doctor who regularly posts diatribes about “Jewish supremacy” on social media and has called for the ethnic cleansing of Jews from Israel has been allowed by the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) to continue practicing medicine while the General Medical Council investigates her conduct.

Dr Rahmeh Aladwan, who was also a member of Palestine Action before its proscription as a terrorist organisation, is now infamous within the British Jewish community for such claims as “the UK is occupied and controlled by Jewish supremacy – in fact, most Christian majority countries are”, and that the Royal Free Hospital in London, which has a large number of Jewish patients given its location, is a “Jewish Supremacy Cesspit”.

A doctor ? What a surprise !

Amongst other things she has posted on 29th April, read:
“I will never condemn the 7th of October.”

antisemitism.org/dr-rahmeh-aladwan-allowed-to-continue-to-practise-despite-investigation/

Her social media comments are disgraceful, however strongly one feels about the situation in Gaza.
She should resign if she has any integrity and honour.

I would not want to see her if I was a patient in that area.

Disgusting woman.
Hope the GMC will see things differently in regards to her continued medical career.

Oreo Fri 26-Sept-25 15:34:56

Too much respect is handed to doctors sometimes, especially those in Gaza who may well have the same hatred of Jews as she does.

Whitewavemark2 Fri 26-Sept-25 15:34:59

Interesting to see the flight path of Netanyahu’s plane. A war criminal can’t take chances.

Anniebach Fri 26-Sept-25 15:36:03

Thank you for sharing Allira , she certainly hasn’t integrity or honour

Oreo Fri 26-Sept-25 15:36:20

Like the two men training to be doctors in Scotland who tried to stage a terrorist attack at the airport there.

Whitewavemark2 Fri 26-Sept-25 15:36:58

Enormous protest marches, the one in New York being led by thousands of Jews.

Unfair assumptions on the doctors in Gaza. Trying to dismiss all the horrors meted out on the Gazans that these doctors see by calling them antisemitic.

Oreo Fri 26-Sept-25 15:46:08

The thing is we just don’t know do we AGAA4 and the ones working there must have some kind of affinity with Palestinians or they wouldn’t be there.
Two of the returned hostages were kept in the home of a medical doctor.

I assume they were all wearing Star of David, but to count the numbers !

Babs03 Fri 26-Sept-25 15:49:22

Agree AGAA4
One doctor does not speak for every doctor in Gaza. Many of whom risk life and limb trying to save lives without the necessary equipment or medication.
To dismiss them routinely like this is pretty low.

AGAA4 Fri 26-Sept-25 15:51:08

Many of those doctors work in other parts of the world too Oreo not just Gaza. All they are doing is helping those who have been shot, starved and otherwise injured by Israel. They are not involved in fighting Israel.

I imagine they do want to help Palestinians in Gaza, if you want to call that having an affinity with them so be it, I mean what is wrong with wanting to save the lives of those suffering horrendously in Gaza.
I imagine it would be silly trying to help Israelis in Israeli hospitals, none of them are bombed and I imagine most Israelis have a state of the art health system.

Oreo Fri 26-Sept-25 15:54:46

I’ll dismiss the personal attack Whitewavemark2 as I have come to expect nothing less from you.

I certainly don’t trust many of the opinions from doctors in Gaza for many reasons.
