H&M Again- Change Of Schools.

So H&M have changed the childrens school, after only a few days there.

Suddenly, the school run has become a huge security risk.

Did they not give any thought to this before enrolling them there? Practice runs at either end of the day, to assess the risks? đŸ€·â€â™€ïž

Hardly the best start for two little children, moving continents, homes and schools in a matter of days.

Yet another reason for the ‘security’ issue to raise its head.

The manipulations are pretty obvious.

Presumably because the expert security people they employ have completed a risk assessment and concluded this is necessary

Would this be the same risk management team who don’t know that a school run route is quieter in the holidays?

😀

I can testify to that. We live near a school.

Now they say the public has M phone number, nothing but drama from the terrible two some.
Please Charles, Banish this entitled pair.I pity their two children living in this soap opera. Now a constant stream of photos of these children they want privacy for, attention at any price, their selfish demands will never stop. That school had a lucky escape, prospective schools should have no vacancies..

You missed out how Meghan’s number was made public.

She was added to Archie’s class WhatsApp group, welcomed by some of the Mum’s and then one of them leaked her phone number.

Source ITV morning news.

(Our GC’s class mums WhatsApp groups start at the beginning of the school year with a reminder (warning) that this is a private group and numbers should not be shared without permission)

I wonder why she didn't have a separate phone number for school?
Maybe she did?

Changing phone numbers isn't that difficult though.

My daughters and their friends tell awful tales about the “mums WhatsApp groups”.

MarieElla Wed 16-Sept-26 08:21:48

These two provide us with more twists and turns than a soap opera!

Definitely relate to this 🙀

As non working Royals why would they have 24/7 security? Princess Anne, Princes Andrew and Edward and families only had it when carrying out official Royal duties. Princes William and Harry had it when Queen Elizabeth II was alive as children of the heir to the throne. Now that is Prince William and Prince George and his siblings. Why do H&M think they're so special?

mollyonamission Wed 16-Sept-26 14:15:05

You are entitled to your opinion of course but they opted out of the royal family unit and ‘slagged’ them off in the process. Hardly royal behaviour! If they could pay for their own security in the US and other overseas visits why not in the UK? If they think they need additional security then either pay for it themselves or lower their profiles. They are now private citizens and I for one, would not want to pay for their security.

They should think about apologising sincerely to the royals and the British public. They are just a pair of attention seeking, money- motivated grifters. I feel sorry for their children.

IF there is a threat then Hardy should have thought twice before bragging about how many Taluban he killed whilst serving in Afghanistan.

WoodLane7 Wed 16-Sept-26 14:15:07

In my eyes the whole charade is part of a bigger game-playing strategy to get their 24/7 police security restored. I feel for the 2 children, having just started at a school and started making friends they find themselves uprooted yet again

mollyonamission Wed 16-Sept-26 14:15:50

Sorry Harry.

You’re talking as if Harry and his children aren’t in succession? They are and they are pretty high up.

missdeke Wed 16-Sept-26 14:20:27

Harry's private security team did the test runs and pronounced them ok. However, they did them during the Summer Holidays apparently so not taking into account the term time traffic. Now they have seen the reality of the runs they have said it's not good enough. Stupid mistake to make.

Mojack26 Wed 16-Sept-26 14:32:16

I agree Margs. Why can't they travel in one car?

Momac55 Wed 16-Sept-26 14:57:12

Harry is still the Kings son, his children are the Kings grandchildren.

They should have protection.

Arranged and paid for by their own parents

BlessedArt Wed 16-Sept-26 15:15:01

The mental gymnastics it takes to blame a public figure for someone else leaking their phone number is astounding. Takes real talent hmm. I can’t take anyone serious who is “outraged” by the couple living every day life but dismisses or defends this type of harassment. Posting a social media tribute riles some people up. Leaking a phone number of an often harassed public figure is okay. The attitude is unhinged, and that’s putting it mildly.

SaxonGrace Wed 16-Sept-26 15:38:03

My sympathy lies with the children, uprooted from all they know to go to another country, another school, then change school within a few days, all in aid of their parents manipulative games

BlessedArt Wed 16-Sept-26 15:56:28

My sympathy is with the children as well. Imagine people spending nearly every day of their lives online posting negativity about your parents. Complete strangers obsessively bashing them behind anonymous online nicknames, feeding the frenzy by providing unhinged solidarity in doing sick things like leaking their parents numbers. This world is sick and H&M are starting to look much more sane than those obsessed with hating them.

polnan Wed 16-Sept-26 16:34:29

Time King Charles and Paarliament removed them from the succession,, if something isn`t done to shut this pair up soon, the Monarch is finished.

BlessedArt Wed 16-Sept-26 16:54:21

Shut them up? How? Killing them? Kidnapping them and sending them away somewhere? What are we talking about here?

Aveline Wed 16-Sept-26 16:58:28

The Monarchy is nothing like finished. These two are just an attention seeking side show

fancythat Wed 16-Sept-26 17:02:02

Agreed.

And the RF is handling the situation[at least in public], very well. In my opinion.

Paperbackwriter Wed 16-Sept-26 17:10:00

If you check out the school run during August when it's quiet, then it's not going to be realistic is it.
I really don't see why they need to travel to school in a 'convoy' but I do think they need more security.

My daughter had a Brunei princess in her class at school. They'd travel in from quite a distance each morning. An armed guard would be outside whichever classroom she was in and her main security chap (an ex- band roadie, really nice) would wait with the car. It alll worked very well. No fuss really.

eazybee Wed 16-Sept-26 18:32:01

I am sure it worked really well because nobody knew who she was and I doubt if her parents were stupid enough to publicise her attendance at a particular school in a particular country..
If this was in England are you sure it was an armed guard outside the door? Illegal in England.

Allsorts Wed 16-Sept-26 18:37:00

Blessed Art, you miss the point completely, it is the children's own parent that use their children in these stupid mind games.
Why should they have privacy, they are on the front page every day, with constant stream pictures of them all, staged photos, its life's blood to the crazy pair and as for the phone debacle, , who in their right mind, wanting to be low profile, would give private number to people she doesn't know..All to get attention. Can’t they just be cut out of the succession. Please newspapers do not accept another photo of them.
This will finish the monarchy, just hope William can deal with them, a bothy on Shetland perhaps might suit.
