Not spelling or grammar but I couldn't stop Lady was asking for a few extra turfs to finish her lawn. She finished her request with "same colour as this please" She could of had my spares but sadly they're purple

In another place and not that long ago (which shall remain nameless) I have read about somebody's “bazaar behaviour” presumably holding tombolas all over the place!
The number of people of people using ‘amount’ instead of ‘number’ is getting longer by the day. Even the newsreaders on the BBC get it wrong constantly. Together with mispronounced ‘aitches’ and ‘Haitches’, somethinks, and poor diction, I’m turning into a grumpy grammar pedant.
What about the new art installation in Newcastle- turning Grey's Monument into a "Workers' Maypole"- which originally said "Workers or the World Unite". It has hastily been corrected
So.....I'm now preparing to tell you something very important: Listening to Radio 4 (all other talk radio and tv chat shows will work too) and the word 'So' appears routinely as the opening word, causing me to sing 'far, ray, me, doh' and completely lose track of the meaning of the dialogue. Sorry to ruin talk radio for anyone else!
