This is one of my dogs Sami. He’s 18 months, a rescue, and very naughty but lovable.

Barking at postman

Willow I am very envious of Daphne finding you. She is gorgeous.
I searched for a silver tabby or grey cat to adopt when we got Bert.

Our dearest Barnaby,a miniature wire haired dachshund who passed away on December 2nd........he gave 16 years of immense love and pleasure.
Never to be forgotten.

Aw, all those beautiful pets, past and present. Here are Pepper, my beautiful ginger boy, who we lost when he was run over on Sept 21st 2012, and Mia, who came into our lives a month later, via the CPL.

Your pets, past and present, are all adorable ??

My little Stella (black and white) was 18 when we had to have her PTS in April. We'd had her for 17 years.

Mr Cooper was feral, when I took him in 7 years ago. He's a lovely, gentle boy

callgirl1 Your Mia looks exactly like the cat I had from I was two until I was thirteen. She was Tuppence, because my mother already had Sixpence ( a pure black house-cat).

callgirl1 Tue 27-Nov-18 17:59:48

Grandtante, she doesn`t always look so white, she has a habit of going under cars and gets oil all over her back. Doesn`t half take some getting off!

Sparlefizz I don't think Alfie has any pedigree in him - he's very small actually. We think he's about 10 now - I've just taken them both for their boosters this afternoon and his DOB is Feb 2008 on his records but as he was a stray we're not sure of his exact age. He arrived over the conservatory roof one night and had a horrid wound on his thigh - my husband thought he'd been shot!

Ninathenana Daph is one of the cover girls on the Hyperthyroid Cat centre's advertising poster since having her treatment there smile She was feral too and still very feisty. I'm very proud of her today as she was very well behaved having her jab and didn't try to take the vets hand off! Mind you we did do it in her carrier and she decided against trying to do her claws - she has to be sedated for that!

Lovely pictures of all our furries.

Millie and I have just been watching the Yorkshire Shepherdess together but Peggy and Jazz weren't interested.

callgirl1 Tue 27-Nov-18 22:07:16

Aw, bless!

Sparklefizz Wed 28-Nov-18 16:07:36

These photos really make me smile. They are lovely smile

Charleygirl5 Wed 28-Nov-18 18:51:35

They are all very fond of resting their eyes!

Anja Wed 28-Nov-18 18:57:20

Lovely to see this thread is still going.

seacliff Wed 28-Nov-18 19:02:51

Here is my lovely Flash, we had him 15 years, such a lovely nature. And two of our latest batch, Lexi and Soots.

All rescue cats

Anja Wed 28-Nov-18 19:06:26

❤️

callgirl1 Wed 28-Nov-18 21:11:10

Lexi and Soots are lovely, and Flash was a handsome lad on a very precarious perch.

MissAdventure Wed 28-Nov-18 21:34:38

Carwash is a great name! smile

seacliff Wed 28-Nov-18 22:31:19

smile the pic of Flash is a bit deceiving - the post is well on terra firma, no danger of a swim for him.

Sparklefizz Fri 30-Nov-18 10:59:37

seacliff Love the photos of your beautiful cats, especially Flash posing. That particular photo is a triumph.

In fact, I love the photos of all these gorgeous pets on here. This is a sweet and happy thread and I think we all need more sweetness in our lives, don't we smile ? I certainly do.

Sparklefizz Fri 30-Nov-18 11:05:08

willow500 This is my lovely Lottie (RIP) and your photo of the gorgeous Alfie reminded me of her markings and colouring.

Fennel Fri 30-Nov-18 12:41:47

Lovely photo*sparklefizz*.
I wonder why cats like to perch high up? Ours used to sit on the top of the piano.

Squiffy Fri 30-Nov-18 12:50:01

Love all these photos! One of our cats used to sit on top of the lounge door. She must have jumped from the back of the sofa, but we never worked out how the impact didn't make the door close and her fall off! ??

Charleygirl5 Fri 30-Nov-18 15:13:03

Sparklefizz I am amazed you still had a pair of curtains hanging!
