Grain free

Unbelievable!

After scratching for weeks, my rescue Airedale appears to need grain free food. I paid an obscene amount of money for kibble for her. I needed a complete week to test the issue.

I’m not happy. No Bonios, No ordinary snacks.

It’s bad enough, checking ingredients, for my egg allergic grandson.

Anyway, point of rant…..anyone have a recipe for grain free dog biscuits? I’ve barely the energy to cook for myself, and now the dog needs attention.

Does it never end?

Our 12yr old springer used to get lots of ear infections until our then vet suggested he may be allergic to chicken. We switched him to lamb based food and his ear infections cleared up.

I make sweet potato dog snacks. Scrub, slice thin, bake slow.

I'd like those 😀

When she was old and not in the best of health, I often fed our dog on coley and white rice, as recommended by our vet. She said that even their in-patient dogs who were generally off their food would nearly always eat it.
Our dog did always love anything fishy anyway - she loved licking out a tuna tin after I’d made dds’ packed lunch sandwiches!
