What I find hardest is that my daughter has no-one out there to support her. When my grandsons have been in hospital in the UK the whole family has rallied round in different ways and I know that with the current COVID rules it would be different even if she was over here, but at least we’d be on the same timeline.

It’s very hard being so far away when all you want to do is hold those you love very close. Praying your little gd will stabilise soon and that there will be some NZ “angels” who can support your daughter too.
