It's the Today programme. It most definitely is NOT a "show". 
This is not pedantry. It could make the powers behind Gransnet look slightly daft. And we wouldn't want that, would we?

Makes the programme sound like a cheap TV show instead of the high-minded, intellectually stimulating programme we know and love

I'm not saying a word. Though this week OH complained to a company (rightly) and got a quick and satisfactory response/apology and said he had learned from the master
(Actually granyactivist - we had the same problem and BT sent us a new router and it's never happened since)
We had the same problem solved also with a new free router - by not before BT had insisted it was something to do with the cables getting wet in heavy rain and dug up a large length our road 
We came back from the States to find a large trench had been excavated across our driveway preventing access in or out of our drive!
Mine is still crashing!
