It’s really playing up today! ?

Hi all - copying from my reply on the other thread, as we need as much info as possible.

Can we ask what devices and browsers you're using, and can you possibly get us some screenshots so that we can see the errors?

We're keen to get to the bottom of this but we need as much information as possible.

Also, has anyone cleared their cache? If not, please do try - we were having some similar issues on Mumsnet during the week and refreshing our caches seemed to fix it.

What is a cache ??

Now you're asking... Something related to computes and digestives cookies...

I think when related to tech, cache is a storage system that remembers old pages. It sounds like it could possibly have cached some unresponsive pages.

There's an easy to follow guide here that'll talk you though clearing cache.

We'd be very grateful if you can let us know if it does/doesn't work.

iPad mini, OS 15.1. Error was 503 this morning, not the usual 504.

How were you accessing the site - was it via the daily email, or directly on Gransnet?

How often does it happen?

Can you grab us a screenshot next time it pops up?

Same here yet again. Quite frequently there are problems accessing the site in the mornings. I got Error 502 this morning.

Where did the error occur, was it from the site directly or from clicking through via the daily email?

Lastly, any screenshots of these errors are literal gold-dust to us!
