It's unusual that the error messages are changing. We have our developers looking, too.

I have a theory that it is since the ads have changed to ones which are like little videos.

I'm on Chrome, the advert videos are playing fine. Are you on an IOS device? brew

Because my phone spends ages buffering since the moving ads appeared.
It's an older Samsung (just about fit to be called a smart phone)

I've no idea about IOS or what that even means, but I gather Samsungs are IOS?

Androids are Samsung, all the other ones like that.

IOS is apple products.

I was starting to think the issue was isolated to apple products but it doesn't look to be the case.

Are you able to try clearing your cache if I send over instructions?

I use android and I'm fine but had a few separate cases of IOS users struggling. Just curious - can you click on links in the daily email okay?

I'm back.
Everything looks different, and the text is too small.
I had that happen before, but it changed back at some point.
Hopefully it'll happen again.

I'll go and have a scroll around now and see if the buffering has stopped.

MissA if the text is small, it could be that you are on the laptop version.
You need to scroll down and find the little link to swap to the mobile site.

Is anyone else able to try the above steps? I'm on hand and can message privately to talk through it. It's a bit complicated but it does look like it's solving things.

If your iPad is a recent model and you’re on the latest version of iOS then I’d try clearing your cache. I clear my cache and history on a regular basis as it’s good‘housekeeping’.
