Very annoying pop up videos

Maybe copying the very annoying Facebook ads. Just makes people leave, is all. If they really need ads, perhaps group them all together at the end so they can be avoided.

If you have an ad blocker app on your i-phone, try:
deleting that app,
upload another App - Adblock is the most popular free one - making sure you get the latest version.
During the 2 years I had Adblock to my knowledge I was not advised there were any ‘latest updates’.
As it is free it is entirely possible you have to do it yourself.

I’d actually prefer it if they were proper ads Amber, that’s the point that I’ve been trying to make.

I don't mind the ads between posts but it's annoying when they jump in front of what I'm trying to read .

They were making money presumably before these intrusive videos Amber. I would rather pay a fee.

I think some of the make up ones are gross.
Puts me in mind of an undertakers prep for viewing room.

I say Good morning to them but yes, it's not solving the problem of annoying pop-up videos on the side of the screen and in the middle of threads.

I think it's a case of put up and shut up.

Last night there must have been a problem with the video as I was getting a black screen with the circulating, not loading thingie.

Any one remember the old saying "cloth ears"?

It’s not the advertising videos which keep GN viable, it us! I wish they’d understand that, if they have no users the site will be redundant.
I think we should all leave until they agree to change these dreadful videos. Most can put up with some advertising but not these which are intrusive and ruin the threads.

Can someone report my post please so that they will read it.
