Have you ever looked in a mirror in passing and wished you hadn't?I did just that today, and saw a little pale worried old face looking back at me! I have had some sort of virus this week and can't stop coughing, but didn't realise I looked THAT bad.I went off and slapped some tanning moisturiser on it. Now it looks like a little worried old face [but tanned.]I think I give up.

My Kindle Fire, when it's starting up, acts like a mirror. And, as I've got my reading glasses on by then, it shows up every wrinkle. A bit depressing.

These days, every time I look in the mirror I see my Granny looking back at me, and last week I met a lady I haven't seen for years, and she told me I was the image of my 91yr. old father. He's lovely but I'd rather not look like a very elderly gentleman.hmm

I know what you mean jings I was sitting up in bed waiting for mine to come on and caught a glimpse of this sloppy saggy face looking up at me. Aaaaagh . What a fright. The other day my sister and I were comparing looks and traits we have inherited from our parents . My sister got my dad's blonde hair (well when he had hair anyway) and his slim build. I got my mums pathetic hair, her tickly leg problem and her saggy jowls. Lovely.

My DD said you are a lovely old lady. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

Gillybob I have learnt to close my eyes when the iPad starts in the morning. Otherwise that woman with the jowls and lank hair has sneaked into my bed.
