Help! My hair has the texture of Candy Floss!

As I've got older my hair has become very dry as opposed to being quite greasy in my younger days. It is quite fine but lots of it. Can anyone recommend a serum or any thing that would give it a smoother look? Hairspray doesn't help much either. I use a coconut oil shampoo and rich conditioner but neither seem to help.

It’s the rotating brush you need www.google.com/shopping/product/3166398249849812169?q=babyliss+big+hair+rotating+brush&rlz=1C1GCEA_enGB860GB860&biw=1093&bih=526&tbs=vw:l,ss:44&prds=epd:15057940661080674215,paur:ClkAsKraX4xHF2-_DAnnEjmkQMbE7-3ufJT7AlXvHJO3CdND7s81vS3Lkk--zgWwVe5flCvkoxUrj5ZWZLZA8iMhUK7EEs_er3sdLZChelIIFYS8xcH3KVUZXxIZAFPVH73L9zrE-dJztqj6dyaCjNVrAMZRoA,cdl:1,prmr:1,cs:1

That links to the larger 50mm one - there’s also a smaller one at 35mm (or thereabouts)

My hair is fine, but I have got a lot, apparently. I colour it, wash and blow-dry it every day. It is like yours - like candyfloss.

I've tried every serum, oil, etc., there is but have just discovered something that actually makes my hair soft, shiny and sleek - Schwartzkoff's GLISS hair shine tonic. It's a spray that you leave on, and it works fantastically well!

I used to use that decades ago but hair ended up with a shine like patent leather, even using it sparingly.

SirChenjin Thanks so much for recommending the TIGI Bed Head After Party product! Used it on dry hair when it arrived yesterday, and again this morning after washing. It really works and, as you said, only a tiny amount is needed.

I’m so glad it worked for you Happi! I love it, wouldn’t be without it now smile
