Gilly 1952 I do have a Botox fringe , but it doesn’t really cover the lines to well. I always tell my hairdresser not to cut my Botox fringe !

I have botox every few months. I think it makes me look fresher and boosts my confidence. I'd go for it. It does wear off, so you could try it just once.

I had my eyebrows done and can say it's one of the best decisions ever. I love them. Why not book in with a Facial Aesthetic salon and see what other treatments they offer. Botox isn't the only option.

Botox injections are used medically for a number of reasons including reducing excessive sweating and an overactive bladder. It is perfectly safe if used by a suitably qualified person. I think you should do whatever makes you happy. Why not book a consultation at a good clinic for advice? Nothing ventured, nothing gained!

I have deep frown lines between my eyebrows too and started having botox about 10 years ago. I feel so much better, don't have many other lines and a fairly smooth skin. Noticed last year during lock down that I was starting to look cross and bad tempered and realised it had been nearly a year since I'd had a 'top up'. Had them done again as soon as I was able and feel so much better.
Did quite a bit of research to find a reputable doctor, have to travel a fair way but I trust him implicitly.

I had it done once and it softened, though didn't completely remove, my lines. It made me look well rested.

I haven't had it done since as it was expensive and didn't last very long.

If you want it go for it.

I too have deep lines in between my eyes. I have been told Botox would not be enough - I would also need fillers.
I might add this was told to me without me asking - I would never consider having work done on my face.
My lines and wrinkles define me.

You don't have to have a smooh and shiny forehead, that is overdone, just a little to soften the lines should be ok, i am having it just to lift droopy skin on outside of eyes
I would say research well first though,or go by recommendation is the best way

Have it done and see how you like the results? It will need doing from time to time though.
Many women ( and men) have Botox treatment and it’s used all the time to help migraine sufferers.
I haven’t used it but would do if I was really fed up with how my face looked, which it seems that you do.

I regularly have to have Botox for a medical condition, and it is administered by a proper medical consultant doctor.
I have had no ill- effects but, my goodness, it hurts to have it done.

I had elevenses between my eyebrows even as a young woman and looking cross often doesn’t match up to how we feel!
My Botox injections for the last few years, have taken years off me. I thoroughly recommend them. If you know someone who has it and looks good, use their practitioner, as I did.

NO - my lines are my lines. My life, and proud of them.

So many American and Russian tourist (yes! how ?) with blown up lips, and obvious faces held with botox and silly boobs on holiday last week. And muttons dressed as lambs, with men to match. Nope. Why?

I have had Botox 3 times in my no 11s and at the sides of my mouth. It worked well and I looked good afterwards. Unfortunately it only lasts 3 -4 months and is quite expensive.
I need it done again now but have to drive a long way to the clinic and as I rarely go anywhere I am not having it done at the moment. Also I am 81 so don't really care so much now...
It is not a painful procedure, just a pinprick.

It’s obviously a personal decision, if you believe it will make you feel better and you have the money to spend on it every 3 to 4 months. As a safeguard, as with any invasive procedure I would check on the qualifications, registration, experience and competence of a practitioner.
It seems expensive maintenance to me.

Fleurpepper I so agree, why put foreign bodies in it to change our faces what I have, any lines I’ve got are there through laughter, tears, fun and sadness they are a map of my life why would I erase it to look smooth and bland

No, I wouldn't. No one I know has had that,either. I do wear makeup, that's enough for me. I think the actors and actresses who have it ( understandably for their jobs etc) tend to look rather mask like.
