Thought I'd bump this up because I gave up on the first series but started watching series 3 when it returned to the BBC and have now bought series one and two to catch up on. Not the programme I thought it was; very dark and gothic; it was most probably becoming a huge fan of Jerome Flynn after seeing him in Game of Thrones that made me give it a second chance.

I only watched the first episode. I don't mind a bit of gore but snuff movies? I found that very disturbing and haven't watched it since.

I lost track of the story line completely last night amidst all the gore, but I just have to keep watching, it is addictive!
