Yes I did too although I was born in Norfolk. I didn't see BBC breakfast this morning but there are lots of events taking place in Norfolk this month to celebrate Edith Cavell's life and a new headstone is replacing the original in Norwich Cathedral.

An article on BBC breakfast this morning told us that it's the anniversary of her execution.
I didn't know her body was brought to Norwich by train.
I did think it patronising of the reporter to say that not many people other than the nursing community or historians would know who she was.
I learnt about her at school, I'm sure you did too ?
