Anyone else watching the second series of this. It looks like its going to be just as good as the first one.

I watched about 30 mins of one episode if this sh--- and decided it was horrible. Seems I was right. I'd rather play on my tablet than watch stuff like that.

I loved the first series but the second was terrible. I ended up not liking any of the characters ,really disappointing .

I think the characters were too extreme in the end. I agree the boy was not a spoiled brat but a troubled teenager trying to cope with such selfish parents.

Maybe "spoilt brat" was a bit harsh. (as I tell myself it was not real and he was a very good actor).

I agree all the characters became quite unbelievable in the end which spoilt the entire series.

Tom's mum really "mummied" him (is that even a real word?) and she seemed to enjoy knowing every little thing about him and followed his every move. The reason I called him a spoilt brat (again I admit maybe too harshly) was that he seemed to enjoy playing each parent off against the other for a while which seemed like a bit of a game (until it all got way too crazy).

I really enjoyed the first series but felt that this was just all a bit over the top.

I thought the first series was good, so I stuck with the second to the end, but if there is another series I won't be watching it.

I didn’t see that side of Tom at all Gillybob I saw a young lad totally thrown into adult chaos loving both his mum and dad and not knowing who was right and who was wrong and being totally fxxxxx up by them both, selfish people
I have a friend with a similar aged grandson who has been totally ignored in the centre of their love/ hate disinterest in anything but themselves and consequently he has turned to some ‘friends’ for company and solace and is now taking drugs and is in police trouble I thought it seemed very close to life in that part not some of the other parts though

I'm with you grannyactivist , I watched it through but nothing could persuade me to watch more.

I watched all the episodes and not sure why I did. Curiosity I think. It was a load of rubbish. Good job it’s just a drama as I wouldn’t want her as my GP.
