I enjoyed looking at that beautiful china teaset . It would look truly ridiculous in my house but perfect in those luxury surroundings .

They're very frugal in comparison.

Like it or loathe it, it's a vital part of London's economy. Job opportunities, contracts for suppliers etc., etc.

For me it highlighted the obscene amount of money earned by celebs who wouldn't be in such an exalted position were it not for their maybe cash strapped fans.

A bit of me finds it quite offensive when people are starving or sleeping on the streets outside - but at the same time it is mesmerising. I am intrigued that all these programmes about posh hotels are run by people from abroad.

Mind boggling! I liked the general manager's gentle sense of humour.
