Evening all, good wishes to you.

New series part one of 4 tonight.

Fairly gripping so far, but who wants to bet that the cat comes to a nasty end? sad

Marelli Mon 11-Mar-19 21:48:35

I had a feeling it was the cat.... ?

phoenix Mon 11-Mar-19 21:52:22

Please note the time of my first post! It was well before she was calling the cat!

merlotgran Mon 11-Mar-19 21:52:51

Yep! The cat will be a gonner.

phoenix Mon 11-Mar-19 21:55:36

My prediction was right!

phoenix Mon 11-Mar-19 21:56:47

Ooh, that Rose is a nasty piece of work!

tanith Mon 11-Mar-19 22:00:38

Ahh but which one is behind bars?

phoenix Mon 11-Mar-19 22:08:29

Yes, tanith that's a bit of a teaser!

BlueBelle Mon 11-Mar-19 22:12:18

Got to start again, Fell asleep

Anja Mon 11-Mar-19 22:38:12

Didn’t think I’d enjoy it but I did. Next episode tomorrow night,

Bellanonna Mon 11-Mar-19 22:46:17

Tanith it’s Leah.

Bellanonna Mon 11-Mar-19 22:46:39

Or it seems to be

travelsafar Tue 12-Mar-19 07:48:06

Hooked already, Rosie seems like a physco to me but who knows, these kind of thrillers always have a twist at the end. Can't wait for the next episodes.

tanith Tue 12-Mar-19 08:37:48

Bellanonna what made you think that?

Lilypops Tue 12-Mar-19 08:46:25

That was Leah,s husband on the mortuary slab, did I miss something?

sodapop Tue 12-Mar-19 08:49:25

No you didn't miss anything Lilypops they keep flashing forward, looking forward to tonight's episode.

The back and forth thing foxed me a bit but I’m hoping it all comes together more for me tonight. I like complicated dramas on consecutive nights rather than weeks as I tend to forget what’s what and who’s who when I have to wait a week....!

Bellanonna Tue 12-Mar-19 09:49:24

It was something she said, Tanith. Also it seemed probable in that kind of drama. Maybe she killed her husband? Of course I could be wrong!! looking forward to tonight.

Charleygirl5 Tue 12-Mar-19 10:26:24

I recorded it and went to bed- is it worth me watching it?

tanith Tue 12-Mar-19 10:28:37

I’d say it your sort of thing Charleygirl5

henetha Tue 12-Mar-19 10:33:13

Brilliant start. Let's hope the end is as good as the beginning.
Sometimes these dramas fizzle out and become implausible.

Charleygirl5 Tue 12-Mar-19 10:47:34

Thanks tanith I will give it a go- I do have an "off" button.

TerriBull Tue 12-Mar-19 11:32:00

As soon as I saw the cat, I thought "this is not going to end well for the moggy" Being a cat lover that's not a good scenario for me. When I first watched "Alien" years ago, I only really cared about the fate of the cat, even more than poor John Hurt who had something rather nasty burst forth from his stomach shock "I can live with that" thought I," as long as the cat stays safe".

Charleygirl5 Tue 12-Mar-19 15:52:52

The cat resembled Tara too much for my liking although Tara is sleeker the colouring was similar.

Eloethan Tue 12-Mar-19 19:51:40

I didn't get the hint about the cat at all..

The husband doesn't seem very nice does he? In fact, I'm not warming to any of the characters but think the story so far is good and the acting excellent.

I wonder if there will be a "twist" to this drama.

henetha I agree with your observation that so many dramas of this sort "fizzle out" or have completely ridiculous endings. One that immediately comes to mind is The Replacement featuring Vicky McClure (she's brilliant in Line of Duty).
