I'm starting this new thread as apparently our other one was over a year old!! shock

We'll have to do more gossiping to prevent this happening again.

Here's a link to the old one.

Maybe Pat's been kidnapped by the Gills at Home Farm along with Kathy Perks and Carol Tregorran.

LullyDully Thu 27-Feb-20 17:41:54

Not to mention. What happened to Pat?

merlotgran Thu 27-Feb-20 10:07:05

What's happened to Pat's goats?

LullyDully Thu 27-Feb-20 10:04:21

I enjoy the amusing characters. Kate and Tracy are great. The naming ceremony came off well but what happened to the goat yoga?
Also what happened to Jennifer's Jacob sheep? . In fact, what has happened to Jennifer, she was always good for a giggle?

We seem to have lost some of the regular story lines.

Yes. I think so too Iam64. It's the way he's struggled that has been so interesting and "real".
I do hope that this storyline helps some people.

The Jim talking about and beginning to process feelings about his abuse experience has been TA at its best.

merlotgran Wed 26-Feb-20 19:44:23

Can this please be the end of the Jim/Jayston storyline? I think it has run its course now?

I hope Kate and Jakob stay together. They're a great double act and Jakob is touchingly kind to her whereas everyone else shows their exasperation.

No change there then LullyDully!

LullyDully Wed 19-Feb-20 20:05:09

She is being very silly and considerably annoying imo.smile

Industrial strength Tena Lady?

grumppa Wed 19-Feb-20 19:36:45

A question that is troubling me, too, merlotgran. Firm of will, iron of bladder, I suppose.

merlotgran Wed 19-Feb-20 19:27:03

How will Lynda go to the loo?

phoenix Mon 17-Feb-20 19:49:31

Looking like a distinct possibility, AyjayF

Iam64 Mon 17-Feb-20 19:48:54

I do wish they'd let Cathy out of the cupboard where the silent all live. She was a good character, and TA needs more like her.

Yes AyjayF it menopause (I hope, we can't have Kate abandoning another child when she gets bored)

AyjayF Mon 17-Feb-20 19:47:11

As for Kate are we thinking early menopause?

NotSpaghetti Mon 17-Feb-20 11:25:35

I'd completely forgotten Kathy had gone to manage Grey Gables after the saga at the golf club.
Why is she never mentioned? Are the script writers all new so they don't know about her?

merlotgran Sun 16-Feb-20 22:50:04

Lynda is throwing her weight around a bit for a receptionist. Oliver is the owner, Cathy (now silent character) is the manager and Roy the assistant manager.

She wouldn't really have that much sway in RL.

Greeneyedgirl Sun 16-Feb-20 22:41:06

No, trouble’s in the offing for the newly reformed Freddie I fear, but I’m loving how they’ve developed Tracey’s character. She & Jazzer are TA’s resident ‘stand-ups’.

eGJ Sun 16-Feb-20 21:33:16

Poor Freddie! Linda really shouldn’t share with Tracy!

Greeneyedgirl Sun 16-Feb-20 20:25:14

Well poor ol perfect Johnny isn't taking illegal steroids after all, just hair pills. If they work I could do with knowing what they are grin
I think it will be fun with Kate, Jakob and baby Swede in the mix.

Iam64 Mon 10-Feb-20 08:27:31

Exactly phoenix, it would be much more fun for the script writers and the audience than yet another Kate baby to be abandoned with his/her father at some stage in life.

phoenix Sun 09-Feb-20 18:43:17

No problem, she's sail through it with the help of black cohosh, cleansing rituals and one of Gwyneth Paltrows candles!

chelseababy Sun 09-Feb-20 18:37:13

Oh nooooo

merlotgran Sun 09-Feb-20 18:30:29

That would be a great storyline but is Ambridge ready for a menopausal Kate? shock

phoenix Sun 09-Feb-20 18:00:50

Ooh Iam didn't think of that shock
