I suspect Big Giggelow (ak as Gill Biggleoe). of being a thoroughly Bad Lot who for some nefarious reason was after Ted's DNA so he could be framed then blackmailed.

I also still believe Lisa is Ted's deep UCO in the OCG. That or M15.

It isn’t Ted, it can’t be Ted (stamps foot and pouts petulantly). And definitely not Kate, who’s a 100% good egg. Who’s left? The Detective Chief Constable Ted keeps consulting, or the new Chief Super arriving next week (Anna Maxwell Martin - love her!)? Unfortunately they haven’t an H between them.

I’m rooting for Pittcity’s theory about flat H. I watched part of the episode again when DH was catching up, and the camera definitely lingered meaningfully over the letter B on Terry’s door....

I've given up on H as a clue, other than as some kind of nick name for either an organisation and its key personnel, or a Thoroughly Bad Egg who fronts such an organisation.

Who'd believe Dot Cotton anyway, even on his death bed. I know we suspend belief but not totally.

It cant be Kate - she does lots of good work for the Alzheimers Society- or is that just in real life!

Callistemon I belive that Lisa is also an UCO, she was so upset when John was killed, i expect she is worrying for herself now incase she gets discovered too. Can't wait to find out the answers to all our questions.

Yes it is in the paper there will be a 6th series!!! Does this mean we still won't know who H is? And will we be left thinking Hastings is a baddie? If that is the case I don't think I could stand it. We will need a Clear Ted campaign.

Luckily I have recorded everything so my evenings have been taken care of. I have to return to before Dot Cotton was killed so I have a few gaps in my knowledge.

Ted is Innocent - I will wear the T-shirt if this series ends without making that clear. Mind you, has any previous series ended leaving us clear about anything much?!

I've seen some grand T-shirts on line with Ted Sayings on them. It's great when the nation comes together over something isn't it. LoD seems to be one of the few things the country agrees on, we may not agree who is Bad/Good/Bent but, most of us anyway, agree this is gripping telly.

I've been watching some old episodes and I'm thinking H is Gilly Giggalow (I know, wrong spelling). In Season three she tells Hastings that he's made a Big Mistake but it's not The Biggest! Is she getting her own back? Or maybe not. Who know? Who am I, what's happening?

I cannot see H being a lawyer- I think he/she is a policeman and one with a higher rank than Kate or God forbid, Steve.
