Just watching Monty whilst browsing Gransnet. I assume they hope to keep broadcasting it during the crisis.

Wondered idly if we would notice if they just resurrected previous series from other years? Monty splitting snowdrops, chopping back his grasses, showing us how to have perfect compost if only we had access and space to half a dozen bins, he must keep doing the same stuff throughout the seasons.

Apart from both Monty and Nigel looking a bit greyer, would we ‘twig’?

Love Monty's new dog, Pattie. I do miss my gardening companion, Millie. Her daughter Peggy is good fun but loves to chase tractors so we have to keep an eye on her.

I must admit we particularly enjoyed the programmes presented by Adam, he has improved in his style over the years, perhaps he is more relaxed. I was told that Frances does very little work on her allotment, it is all prepared in advance - comparing her clothes with mine when gardening, I can well believe it! I would like it so much if each person admitted to having help, and thanked the whole team, instead of pretending to do it all alone!
