Max has committed a serious offence - distributing an indecent image of a child. In reality, the police would not take any action against him.

As has already been mentioned on this thread, it is rife amongst teenagers (and younger, sadly) and if the police prosecuted very one of them, they'd never have time to investigate any other crimes.

And Mauren Lipman? Pure gold. I hope she stays for a long time. I still giggle when I think of her 'ology comment last week. I wonder if that was written for her, or if she ad-libbed it.

Audrey the alcoholic story is really irritating. It's just been worked up from nowhere. It's not clever or funny and just doesn't doesn't ring true.

It rings true to me, as it's been 'bubbling under' for years now. Even in the 'Classic Corrie' episodes Audrey is always drinking, and more recently it has been mentioned as an issue more and more.

I'm not sure where it's going to go at Audrey's age - it might have been better to concentrate on someone like Gail, who is (I think) statistically more likely to suffer from ill effects of alcohol.

But in the classic ones they're all drinking ++. The Audrey drinking story quite suddenly ramped up. She's deserves a better storyline than this.

Well, I got the offenders wrong in the 'Max' saga. I am interested in how angry and aggressive he got at the end of the confrontation with the two boys just before Shona intervened. I wonder if we are going to see him visit his biological Dad's old stomping ground looking for assistance with reprisals. I am right in thinking his Dad had violent tendencies?

Max’s biological dad was Callum, who wasn’t a very nice person. He was also father to Harry, Sarah’s little boy.

So Max and Harry are sort of half brothers?
