It’s funny that Tilly mentioned Graham and Maria.
They were the original comedy agony aunts (R2 Saturday mornings) and then Nick and Carol ripped off the idea!
(I absolutely adore Nick Abbot btw)
And now I see that Marian Meyes has done the same!
I love Marian too, I could listen to her all day.
And I’m forever indebted to her, as her books ‘Watermelon’ and ‘Rachel’s Holiday’ got me through the weeks directly following the death of my Mom.

Graham and Maria are now on Virgin Radio on Saturday and Sunday mornings at 9.30
It’s basically Grahams radio 2 show and the agony aunt letters are now called Grahams Guide rather than Grill Graham. That but if the show comes on just after 10 am.

Forgot to say that Graham is on holiday at the moment so his Problem Page is on hold until he’s back.

Wendy where is Winchelsea please? Think I might like that.

I wishI could find a programme from about ten years ago called The Art if the Mix Tape featuring the sister if Guy Garvey. It was so interesting but sadly no longer available.

Evolving Prisons is good if you are interested in ex prisoners, prison governors and prison warder stories.

Hi , UK true crime with Adam is great , he does a new one every Tuesday and you will have over 200 to listen to. Also if you just Google Missing podcasts there are quite a few episodes that are really interesting. Also Blood Ties with Geoffrey Wansell and his daughter, they talk about crime.

Older and Wider is my favourite relatable and funny also Marian Keyes now you're asking.

BBC sounds. I am struggling to sleep recently so have been listening to the wonderful Old Harry's Game by Andy Hamilton and also David Mitchell's the Unbelievable Truth. I like comedy programmes with a bit of savvy about them and both have that.

‘The Infinite Monkey Cage’ - Brian Cox and guests making science entertaining and easy to understand.

I guess I am the only admirer of “ For The Many” a weekly podcast with Iain Dale and Jacqui Smith. Politics with humour and what they call a bit of smut. It is popular all over UK as they are travelling to loads of places in UK for live shows. The podcast is available on Global website and on Apple podcasts and other forums. Iain Dales All Talk is great too. He does long interviews with different people. He allows his guests to talk without constant interruptions and recently the long talk with Neil Kinnock was just so interesting and honest. He also recently interviewed Paul Gambaccini Harvey Proctor and Cliff Richard all victims of the lies told by one man that they had abused and murdered young boys. Grim stories. I never miss these. I have listened to the Rest Is Politics but I am not keen on Alistair Campbell. I love The Archerx and Desert Is.and Discs. I am also a fan of The Moral Maze on Radio 4 which is outstanding at making the listener think. Radio is so much better than TV for variety. But I never miss The SuperVet where I spend the hour with tears flowing at some of the cases.

You can have Spotify without having to pay a subscription, although you will get adverts but that's neither here or there.

I like listening to Joe Rogan, his podcasts are a couple of hours long and most of his guests are American but he does speak to some Brits too. Also I like Rob Brydon's podcasts and if I don't feel like one of those I have a few playlists, also on Spotify to lift me up when I'm not in a happy mood.
