So have switched onto Netflix - wanted to see for myself what the 'fuss' is all about as many diverse opinions on this couple on here and other social platforms ...as well as the media with 'experts' who state this and that etc etc...

Glorianny . I like Louis but I think he's going to cause trouble for the RF image.
How do you know you like Louis? How could you not like him? Do you have personal knowledge of him? He’s a small child and behaves as such. My older two were like that and neither have been diagnosed with autism.
You’d be up in arms if others were criticising and diagnosing Archie and Lillibet; probably labelling people racist.
All over a Christmas card. Pretty sick.
If I sent a photo of my children as part of a Christmas card and the response was speculation about their mental health, Hell would freeze over before they got another card.
Don’t worry Zoe, I won’t ’be telling’ you anything any time soon.
By the way, just for the record (this is a general post) I am not suggesting that anyone is in the Autistic Spectrum.
I was responding to a comment.
And I still maintain that ASC is not a insult, or indeed a mental health issue.
I won’t say anything more on the issue

Actually I’d like both Gagajo and FannyCornforth to tell exactly what was the point of their point of their posts.
It's a discussion. We're discussing.
Discussing other people’s young children on a public forum.
That makes it very clear.
Honestly some of you lot on here sound as if you were born in 1850 not 1950s+!!! What old fashioned school marm type attitudes displaying?!
It's traditional for a family photo! Nobody had anything to say about Diana and her schmaltzy cheesy cards of her and Charles or kids did they? I wish some would button it , you're an embarrassment for modern UK!!!
FannyCornforth
Really? Interesting
I thought that it was George who showed some ASC traits (I’m also an ex-SEN teacher and have a family history of ASC)
Wowsers an SEN teacher? Then you should refrain from making amateur diagnosis from a picture in a rag! Stop with the labelling, power mad some folks!

Give that woman a gong! Me too! What's with all the amateur psychobabble anyway nowadays? Everyone's a trick cyclist 😅
I was repeating what I’d read elsewhere (MN)
I was not making a diagnosis.
Is that clear now?
And on here, actually. It was after the Jubilee.
I thought we were discussing H and M. Any comments on my H and M post above?

Chill out! Saying a child may have some SEN traits is not an insult. It says more about you if you think it does.
Einstein was dyslexic. Some highly regarded and exceptionally intelligent academics are on the spectrum.
If you regard SEN as a bad thing...
My father is on the spectrum.
He’s an economist who has lectured at the LSE and has had books published

Sorry, it’s difficult to move on while folk keep having a pop at me.
Hopefully I’ve been clear enough now.
I’m on hold to Apple at the moment, so will go back and read your post later.
Wow! Just popped in for a look while waiting for my hairdresser and came upon this. Jeez! Just a thought. Does anyone remember the dreadful articles in the Daily Mail and others of that ilk, insisting that Meghan was never really pregnant? They wouldn’t leave it alone.
Sorry, * FannyCornforth*, not aimed at anyone in particular. It is just I was shocked by the twitter figures snd wanted to see others’ reactions.
My daughter couldn't bear her hands being held because of sensory problems but would allow me to hold somewhere else. there are all sorts of reasons that a child may not want to hold hands but it doesn't mean they need a psychological assessment!
It seemed a strange photo for a Christmas Card but hey ho.

Well if people are entitled to say how much they hate M&H I think saying you like a child you've never met is pretty tame in comparison. Still if you want it qualified I like the look of Louis. I've always liked children with a bit of character.
A friend who is an experienced SEND teacher said Louis seems to show some signs of autism, based on some of the video footage of him
She can't be a very good SEND if she is prepared to make a diagnosis of a four year old child on the basis of some video footage. More like attaching a label of a condition without proper investigation.

Don't remember that but definitely remember people saying that Kate wasn't really pregnant! Maybe they don't think any of the RF have their own babies.

Am I the only one who thinks that threads about children’s behaviour only run for a few posts before someone mentions the autistic spectrum? In the same way that threads about husbands’ behaviour inevitably lead to a dementia diagnosis?
Anyway, back to H and M!

Yes that’s my point. If people wish to chat about H & M they can but you and others have plenty to say about that, so take a look in the mirror. Saying a very young boy looks as if he’s going to cause problems for the RF isn’t tame; it’s awful. Take a look at the Montecito pair - two adults intent on causing problems AND making money from it. More to come tomorrow in their grudge fest.
You know I am not too keen on M & H but 18 months or so ago I jumped on a post speculating on a defect Archie has as revealed in a photo. I also reported the unkind post, it was the decent thing to to despite my being a fan of the monarchy, particularly Catherine and William. The unkind post was removed.
Just why anyone would wish to point out the negatives about a child in the Christmas card photo of the Cambridges today I cannot work out?
