Yes, how many people get shot in the head then walk into an ambulance? The Spider stories are daft. He and Craigie should join up as Morse and Lewis, with different approaches to crime and public order. Or he could resign and become a councillor - do we have one now? Is Maria still on t’council? Or Sally? Or Audrey, come to that? The Street has always had its share of public- minded residents, hasn’t it? What with WARTS, the Square Dealers and Wetherfield Council there are plenty of opportunities for would-be public figures to cut their teeth. What happened to the community centre? Has that lost its way after the racists moved on?

Anyway, Spider must be old enough to retire from the police now?

Tai Chi class and the youth drama group are held in the Community centre.
I didn't recognise Eileen. Her new hairstyle didn't do anything for her. She should have stuck with her old one - after all Gail and Audrey do!

Oh yes - so they are (classes held in the CC). Wasn't Eileen in the jungle? Maybe that explains her weight loss and hairdo?

It was months since she was in the jungle. Her new look makes her look ill. I'd always liked her character in Corrie but was put off by seeing her real personality in the jungle.

I wondered if what is being screened now was filmed when she came out of the jungle. I don't watch IACGMOOH, so don't know what she's like (although I doubt I'd be anything but grumpy if I were stuck in there having to eat bugs and have snakes crawl over me), but I like Eileen's character. She has a sense of humour even though life never works out for her very well.

I read an interview with Sue Cleaver (Eileen). She said she went on a health regime to lose weight. I don't blame her if that's what she wants. She looks as though she has new teeth too. Personally I don't like her hair but it's her hair not mine!

I'm not a fan of the hairdo either - it looks a bit dated to me. But as you say, it's her hair (an the actress may style it differently when not on film). Good for her if she's lost weight intentionally though.

I had to keep looking at Eileen to make sure it was her. I think she looked taller too.

Just to say we don't get limescale in Manchester, we have soft water. No need for Elaine to de scale the kettle.

Oh dear. Poor Tim. At least Elaine's on to Stephen at last. She was acting very well. Confused and distressed. Very believable unlike Mary, Brian and Isabella.

I haven’t watched Corrie for years but I’m just watching Gardeners World from Tatton Park Flower Show. Barbara Knox was chatting to Joe Swift. Hard to believe she’s 89. She looks amazing!

I hope Aadi escapes the clutches of his boss's wife. that will end in tears, I'm sure. He and Amy would make a good couple, I think.

When will Audrey find out that Stephen has released equity on her house, surely the annual statement has dropped through the letterbox by now.
When will all the dead bodies surface. Horrible, manipulative, sinister character, hope he gets his comeuppance soon.
Let’s hope Dev discovers what Stephen has been up to, then Stephen can bump off Dev before he’s arrested. Two birds with one stone.
I agree Amy and Aadi would be a lovely couple, he’s so kind and gentle, he’d give her back her confidence and trust in men and she’d add a bit of a spark to him. Hope he doesn’t succumb to the tarty wife of the boss. Is it a ploy to test his loyalty or is she in to young men?
Not sure about Brian and Mary, she needs a better character to play off with those comic one liners, Brian is a bit wimpy.

Brian is at least believable. I've never understood why Mary is still going. She's never rung true to me. Similarly I don't understand Elaine's nylon hair!

d cannot stand the sight of Dev and if Aadi is not careful he will find himself jobless having succumbed to that tart.

I hope that is the last we will see of Isabella.

I would not be surprised if Tim packs up Stephen's belongings and leaves them outside. Thankfully Elaine has seen the light and stayed alive.
