Confession ….. I have never watched more than a few minutes of this prog but this time around I plan to because Fred Sirieix, Grace Dent and Nigel Farage are in it which should be interesting.

So pretty much everything about this show is fake. But I suppose it's all done for entertainment so we can't expect reality on a reality show. 😂

Namsnanny Sat 09-Dec-23 13:36:04

So if Josie really does go next, it'll be a stand off between Nig and Sam.😳
The odd couple🤣

harrysgran Sat 09-Dec-23 14:31:08

Hope Josie goes tonight she comes across as fake saying how she's up for a trial when it's written all over her face she wants someone else to do it also a bit two faced

Shinamae Sat 09-Dec-23 21:48:49

Come on Nigel!! 😁😁😁

maddyone Sat 09-Dec-23 22:07:55

So long as Josie goes, I don’t mind who wins out of the others.

merlotgran Sat 09-Dec-23 22:20:12

Tony has the patience of a saint where Sam is concerned.

Poppyred Sat 09-Dec-23 22:25:50

Wow! Nige is in the final three….

Callistemon21 Sat 09-Dec-23 22:26:12

I'd rather Sam had gone. Never mind.
Josie was the last woman standing.

Primrose53 Sat 09-Dec-23 22:47:26

Right decision tonight.

Joane123 Sat 09-Dec-23 23:39:30

Good decision tonight. Hope Nigel wins.

crazyH Sun 10-Dec-23 00:18:33

Yes, I too fell that Josie. Her star is on the wane I’m afraid. I want Tony to win. He is so patient with Sam - he is like a father/big brother to Sam

crazyH Sun 10-Dec-23 00:19:11

feel that Josie is fake

Kandinsky Sun 10-Dec-23 07:48:46

Didn’t expect Nigel to do so well.
Obviously a lot more popular than some people think grin

Hope he wins!

FindingNemo15 Sun 10-Dec-23 08:07:08

I want Tony to win. He is so funny and also patient with Sam.

LadyGracie Sun 10-Dec-23 08:31:46

I don't mind who wins now. Nigel has had my 5 votes every day. Well done him to get this far!

Allsorts Sun 10-Dec-23 08:46:58

I am not a masduve fan of Nigel, but he does speak from the heart and I do agree with most of what he says, some I don't. Its refreshing and you know where you stand. It shows some others as flaky .
Keep thinking of one contestants comments about her home life. I wonder why sleeping with your son or daughter every night at 9 years of age can be right. He should be in his own bed, mine went from cot to bed from birth. There was a ritual of bath, story and cuddles and bed in their own rooms. I never had a problem or know of anyone who did different. Is this a new age bonding thing, Do they go to secondary school still doing it?
I don't believe Nigel will win as don't think BBC would allow it. Hope it's Tony out of him and Sam.

Allsorts Sun 10-Dec-23 08:48:59

Masduve turned from Massive because this machine does that at whim, however I do like the word, may start using it.

DanniRae Sun 10-Dec-23 08:55:01

Oh sad that Josie has gone sad
I don't mind who wins now as long as it's not Nigel!! hmm

Bonnybanko Sun 10-Dec-23 09:02:50

Although I think garage is a horrible man I think he might win

Bonnybanko Sun 10-Dec-23 09:03:23

Sorry typo Farage

Oreo Sun 10-Dec-23 09:08:32

Whatever anyone thinks of Nigel Farage it has to be said that he’s really thrown himself into the all the trials and had a go.
Either he or Tony would be the right winners.

Poppyred Sun 10-Dec-23 09:09:35

I like Nige, as Allsorts says, he tells it as it is. Was very surprised that Josie went, I like her too. Her son is 5 years old, not 9.

Primrose53 Sun 10-Dec-23 09:31:54

ITV will fix it so Nigel doesn’t win and I don’t suppose we can check.

He has put up with a load of stick from people, like Josie covering her eyes when he was in his green, lycra pants and laughing her head off but he said he really didn’t care. Tony and Sam looked equally daft but nothing was said.

Likewise Ant and Dec were joking about him going so slowly in the Cyclone carrying the big stars but it worked and he clung on to them for dear life and it could have been a much more different outcome if he hadn’t. He was brilliant at all the general knowledge questions the night before too which the others couldn’t do.

I guess they feel they can make jokes about him as he is that much older which isn’t very fair. They were all laughing because he liked to keep the camp tidy but that was just commonsense and they wouldn’t have been laughing if it was over run with rats or someone fell in the fire due to stuff being left about.

Oreo Sun 10-Dec-23 09:43:04

Considering his age he’s done so much better than the rest.
Mum says he has true grit!

Casdon Sun 10-Dec-23 09:45:45

Perhaps Nigel won’t win because he’s not the most popular person on there? I don’t believe that viewer votes are fixed, so what will be will be. In the meantime why are some people looking for grievances because he happens to be their favourite - it’s just a TV show, and if the subsequent fortunes of previous winners are anything to go by, with very few exceptions (not necessarily the winners either), it doesn’t make any difference to how peoples lives pan out.
