Think it’s 3 episodes this week, then I assume 3 next week.
It looks promising so far, but we’ve been here before, Channel 5 dramas and Jill Halfpenny.
She will suddenly turn into a knife wielding, homicidal maniac, breaking up marriages and happy homes.
Did the neighbour next door, married to the housemaid from Downton, used to be in Corrie? A builder or similar?
C5's abysmal track record on drama is my concern too.
I am going to wait until it is available to binge, so I haven't wasted time over several nights watching something that turns out to be a damp squib. When it's all on catch-up I will see what it's like and switch off when it gets tedious. At worst, I will waste a rainy afternoon, and I can knit whilst I watch anyway
