Anyone up for a 'Traitors thread'?

Fallingstar Thu 29-Oct-26 22:02:00

I am also Team Romesh, tonight he had me laughing out loud when he got the giggles. 🤣

merlotgran Thu 29-Oct-26 22:06:20

I’m surprised they didn’t challenge Maya over her bloomer at the breakfast table. She corrected herself very quickly and it showed.

Graphite Thu 29-Oct-26 22:21:12

To kill ‘em …… banishing them even.

Whoops.

And she over-egged her defence at the round table. If she isn’t gone tomorrow I’ll be very surprised - with Romesh leading the charge if Michael is gone.

Fallingstar Thu 29-Oct-26 22:35:45

Yes Maya’s slip at breakfast was very clumsy and am surprised nobody heard it. But I do think that even if Michael doesn’t survive the others will now suspect Maya because the seeds of doubt have been sown. Am just wondering if Kenny will throw Maya under the bus in order to save his own skin?

ferry23 Thu 29-Oct-26 22:53:02

Or Kenny saying that there are 3 traitors

Graphite Thu 29-Oct-26 23:17:30

I don’t necessarily think that was a slip. Nobody had a shield the night Kenny was recruited, so recruitment was the only possible explanation for there to have been no murders that night and for everyone to reappear at breakfast. I think Kenny said at much at that breakfast there's been a recruitment and nobody disagreed.

So how did he know how many traitors there were at the start?

Millie22 Fri 30-Oct-26 08:14:21

On Uncloaked when Joanne found out who the traitors were.

It was so funny.

I can't believe they didn't pick that up when Kenny said that? I reckon someone will remember that slip.

Maya is on the ropes now😱I couldn’t believe James A spoiling the game at the round table.

Oreo Fri 30-Oct-26 09:43:58

I think Michael needs to be bumped off pdq

Parsley3 Fri 30-Oct-26 09:57:25

I read that filming had to be stopped as James A had a bit of a break down when he was challenged. He had found it very difficult to act out the role of traitor and that's why he did a Richard.
Poor Sharon had to deal with the RT votes and then was murdered anyway.
Is there to be another murder tonight? I am losing track with all that is going on.

Maremia Fri 30-Oct-26 10:01:31

Loving it.

Doodledog Fri 30-Oct-26 10:08:27

I really like Michael, but would probably push for him to be banished if I were in there as a Faithful.

Nannee49 Fri 30-Oct-26 10:11:03

Romesh! Be still my beating heart!!💕😂

nanaK54 Fri 30-Oct-26 10:20:51

Romesh was very funny.

Think they will have to murder Michael (hope not, but think they have to now).

Maya has suspicion on her now, expect her to be banished at the next Round Table.

No suspicion on Kenny?

Really looking forward to seeing how it all plays out this evening.

Aveline Fri 30-Oct-26 10:26:13

I suspect Kenny will win. I'm sorry about that though. I don't like him or any of the others left really.
Poor James. Bit of a breakdown but the editing made him look very good. An ethical way out for him.

Good point. Forgive me if I am wrong about this as this is the first series I have ever watched so am on a learning curve. I have looked up game rules online and it seems the format may be different in different countries.

Am I right in saying there can be up to five Traitors but they can only recruit when there are only two left?

In episode one, when Claudia picked her Traitors from the blindfolded people at the Round Table, she said she had selected her Traitors (plural) but they would add to their number before the first murder on the second night.

Do they always have to murder if there is a potential victim i.e. someone who doesn’t have a Shield?

What if they had started with five Traitors, say Claudia had picked four from the Round Table and the four had added another one the second night. After that, two were banished, leaving three so too many to recruit anyone else. There would still be three and only a Traitor would know.

Because of what James A did we will never know what the vote might have been. I think Maya would have been banished so did he take one for the team or was he trying to give the Faithfuls an edge?

ferry23 Fri 30-Oct-26 10:32:17

I think Maya's probably in a damned if she does or damned if she doesn't situation now.

Murder Michael and suspicion will be on her, don't murder him and he'll garner enough support to have her banished.

They should have banished her last night - they already knew that James A was a traitor so they could have had 2 for the price of 1.

Smileless2012 Fri 30-Oct-26 10:58:38

I agree Graphite. Maya was way too defensive and as soon as Kenny said there were 3 traitors I thought that was a big mistake.

I'm sure Michael will have picked up on both so I hope he wasn't murdered last night.

Chestnut Fri 30-Oct-26 10:59:12

I'm team Michael and find Maya so vain I'm hoping and praying she'll be banished before she murders him.

I agree Kenny is well positioned for winning.

As for Joanne on Uncloaked finding out who the traitors were, it wasn't funny at all, it was just a very annoying attention seeking performance. 🤦‍♀️ I'm so glad she's gone.

NotSpaghetti Fri 30-Oct-26 11:03:40

Chestnut I'm with you.
Hope Maya goes... and the least said about Joanne the better!

JenniRen Fri 30-Oct-26 11:07:18

Now there are so few of them left, the dialogue becomes more concentrated. Everyone has to contribute something otherwise it's noticeable and that's when mistakes are made and noticed.

If Michael wasn't murdered, I think he or Romesh will win.

NotSpaghetti Fri 30-Oct-26 11:11:54

Thought some of you might find this interesting:

Graphite Fri 30-Oct-26 11:13:15

Because I am unfamiliar with the game I wasn’t sure what would happen after James A confessed which is why I asked if he took one for the team to give Maya another day to try to deflect attention away from herself.

She's crumbling, isn't she? She made a big mistake at breakfast and was quite aggressive at the Round Table. She has never been challenged up until now and doesn’t like, does she?

I admit I don’t like her. She’s far too vain. I wish Michael hadn’t swung his attention around to James A else I think she would be gone my now.

I’m also glad to see the back of Joanne. She was useless at the game and I agree she was completely over the top on Uncloaked.

Although he’s very sweet it wouldn’t bother me if Bash was murdered last night as he doesn’t seem to add much. Now that Michael has got himself into top gear and Romesh seems to be thinking hard, I want to see a dramatic finale so I do hope both have survived the night.
