Second Interview

At least the next interview is on a Wednesday, a day off if you take on the job after the 3 day trial.

Maybe after the 3 day trial you could ask to work a full week trial with the days off on Wednesday and Saturday as agreed and that would give you a chance to find out if you do like the job or if the other one would be more suitable if successful.

If you do take on this job I think that you must discuss the moving of the financial goal posts.

I'm sorry that I have only just caught up here. That's just great
phoenix after so many disappointments, to have two opportunities come along. Do be up front about the money though. You've got such good sense, you will know if this job is worth the money as well as the non-phoenix-friendly hours. If you feel you have to turn it down, you can take confidence from your achievement and know something else (maybe the next job you are interviewing for) will be along soon.
