When that’s done, catch up with all the dirty laundry, then do some baking.

We were shown a completely different method of making cardigans at craft the other day, knitted all in one piece and in fact looked very effective. I started one for Teddy to practise but did find it a tad boring as I prefer crochet (and I went wrong at first but that was lack of concentration).

Me too, Hetty58, I’ve always got 2 on the go (one proper book, one on the Kindle). So the reading never stopped.

Too late, Callistemon! All the sewing up and stuffing mess is banished - for now anyway.

I do like it when it’s all pristine (relatively speaking) which is most usually when guests were coming to stay. I just hate doing it. I’m afraid I’m just bone idle when it comes to certain things.
Unless COVID fouls things up again, we’ll be having guests for 2 nights in early December, so I might even get around to the inside of the windows.

I’d start on Easter things…..

Now I realise I should have left them festooned around for Hallowe'en.

Because they make cobwebs where flies and bees get caught and zizz around frantically and noisily
I don't mind spiders but not particularly in my house.
I wouldn't kill one, just wave them off!

My idea of housework is to sweep the room with a glance!
I have these wise words framed and hanging in the kitchen.
Housework is a vicious circle that gets in the way of my leisure/ crafting/gardening time.

Crocheted blanket finished and yes to mindless TV knitting.
Currently on my second, what is known as a Claire from outlanders shawl I came across on Pintrest. Very handy for chilly evenings. What a godsend circular needles are.

I am still attempting to make temari balls as beautiful as yours Baggs. When faced with the array of threads to chose from, I ordered a lot!

Absolutely not - you need to be in the "zone" for your booster and shopping (even online) counts as an activity!
It used to be just about a whole morning or afternoon for me and exhausting so easily worth the same brownie points online!
