I’ve only tried decaf coffee and hated the after taste, but now want to try decaf tea for when I get up in the night, unable to sleep.

Any recommendations please ?

I drink Earl Grey and started drinking rooibos Earl Grey about 6 months ago. Love it. No milk or sugar.

Oh, I love Early Grey and didn't know there was a rooibos one, will look out for it. I can't tolerate caffeine (gives me palpitations) and can recommend the Lidl decaf tea bags as others have suggested.

When pregnant I could only drink fruit teas which were relatively new thirty four years ago. I still like them but breakfast tea is my favourite. I have tried various decaf tea it is not satisfying or palatable for me. When I visit my son and my daughters homes I take my own tea bags with me and my sterilised long life whole milk. (Very old fashioned I know but my preference). They have skimmed or semi skimmed milk which also is tasteless to me.
It's like margarine or so called butter spreads they are synthetic rubbish that do not make good substitutes for real butter. I would sooner have a little portion of the real McCoy than adulterated rubbish.
