Yes, several items purchased. Excellent service and delighted with purchases. 100% recommend
What time do you get up and go to bed?
Gammon joint finshed in an air fryer?
Mandelson failed security vetting. Starmer says he didn’t know
I am tempted to buy a couple of items from a company called Must Have Ideas. The Trust Pilot reviews look very good but as usual I prefer the views and opinions of Gransnetters. Has anyone used this company?

Don't be tempted to buy the so called ultra safe gardening gloves. They are useless. Thorns went straight through. I complained, but still they keep advertising them showing people grabbing brambles. The skirting board duster wobbles all over the place, but the hand held squirty cleaner with changeable pads is good.
Just had an advert for them pop up on Facebook saying the gloves protect you from thorns etc. Again totally misleading. Then they have lots of replies saying how good they are. But if you post that they don’t work they block you.
I've had several items from this company and have been very pleased with all of them. They are a small family run business and their customer service is second to none.
I wouldn't hesitate to order from them.
I also brought one of those tables absolute rubbish, so flimsy and unstable! Complete waste of money.

It’s the fact that it’s downright dangerous that annoys me. And they’re still selling it knowing it’s unstable. Did you get a refund?
I bought the Slice and Dice and have been very disappointed. It takes brute force to close down the lid and one of the plastic lugs holding the lid to the base soon broke off. The only thing it worked well for was dicing courgette. It wouldn’t touch onions however thinly I sliced them
I totally agree. They sent me a new table and it wasn’t any better. Total rubbish. Went in the bin along with the other one. I have their Nana’s secret which is quite good and a couple of other things which I looked up for similar on Amazon and a lot cheaper. Had to unsubscribe as couldn’t stand all the emails absolutely inundated.
I've had a few things from there and so far so good! I agree though about the constant e mails from them. I need to unsubscribe..
I have purchased several things from them, some I have not used but the defrost tray is well used here, my husband is particularly impressed with it. I can recommend it.

I couldn’t even give mine to a charity shop for fear of someone using it and hurting themselves. I’ve found much better tables on the internet. I just wanted something for the grandchildren to draw on or eat off but it could seriously hurt their little legs. It was because I bought the tables ( which I’d been planning to buy for ages) that I ended up buying lots of other things that weren’t very good. I had such faith in them because of the mould magic.

I am particularly interested in the “Slice and dice” (which is a more convenient size than my food processor) and will be great for salads. The “Miracle melt” also looks useful as I hate defrosting food in the microwave. Has anyone purchased either of these items?
I have purchased a few things from them. Not all as great as they looked. But customer service is excellent. The slice and dice is great, I loved making salads with it. It won’t handle any fibrous veg, or spuds. But good with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions etc. However, be very careful, I managed to crack the clear container, by not quite having the ‘hinge’ on the top set properly. At least I think that’s what I think I did! I replaced it with a more expensive German “V” slicer, and thats much more versatile and robust, but gives shreds and slices rather than the nice cubes that go straight into the container. (The whisk thing they sell is not as good as a normal whisk, and the sit on cushion is horrid, and useless.)
Im a frequent customer and have been pleased with most items I particularly like the mould magic the collapsible food storage boxes and the defrosting board
I bought the Total Toilet that you put in the cistern and is supposed to keep your loo clean and germ free for ‘up to 2000 flushes’. It lasted 2 weeks. I complained. They said it must be faulty and sent me another one. This one lasted nearly 3 weeks in an en-suite that is only used night and morning by one person. So a maximum of 100 flushes. 5% of the advertised amount. Total Toilet is Total Rubbish. I intend to avoid this company in future.
I think I'd look, then try to find s cheaper alternative.
Not that I 'must have' anything else, anyway.

Yes. I bought the cushion, too, and it doesn’t help at all.
I’ve bought the stay fresh bags which are a real godsend to prevent fruit and veg going off before you have a chance to use them. Also the rubber broom, another great buy. And finally the latest bobble remover which is rechargeable and works much much better than any of the many disappointing ones I’ve purchased from various places over the years. Delivery has always been prompt, so I’ve got no complaints whatsoever.
I got some stay fresh bags, after reading about them on here.
I got mine from Ebay, really cheap, but they, seem to work.
I occasionally browse on this website for ideas. When I see something I like I find it on Amazon. There i often find more details and can read independent reviews. Often the price is lower and as a prime member I get fast and free delivery. I can trust that returns are easy and refunds immediate.
I’m a fan! Before Christmas I bought the wrapping paper holder with the sellotape holder and cutter thing on either side. Genius!!! It made wrapping actually enjoyable. It was posted to me straight away and arrived within two days.
I seemed to have joined a loyalty club for a tenner by mistake. I rang them and the phone was answered almost immediately by a lovely woman who put a refund through immediately.
Their products are great but oh, the incessant marketing drive is so irritating!
Fantastic company , I have bought several things from nth
Never disappointed. Thr best so far are the keep fresh food bags , they extend vegetables by quite a number of days so less waste .
I have ordered quite a few of their items, and mostly have been pleased with them. They are an excellent company to deal with, they delivery quickly, on time, and providing its done within the 100 days of receipt, they will refund or replace any item which does not perform as expected.
So here's a list of the ones to Buy and the ones to Avoid.
Buy - The collapsible Fabric Storage Boxes. Excellent. Zipped at top AND at the front where the window is, so once stacked, its easy to remove items.
Buy - The rechargeable interior lights with movement sensor option- I have the ball shaped and the long shaped ones. Both are excellent, if a little pricey. I use the long ones for under kitchen cabinet above worksurfaces, and the ball ones on my airing cupboard wall and in my loft. Both types attach magnetically via sticky backed magnets or magnetic holders, which are both firm once in place, but allow for easy removal should you want to use a light as a torch.
Buy- Sumo tape - this stuff is magic, double sided tape thicker and stronger than any other tape, even Sticky Fixers. I have found it removes without damaging or leaving residue on surfaces. I would say its as good as Velcro!
Buy - The handbag organiser pouch. Just makes changing handbags quick and easy - and also means, regardless if which bag, things are always easy to find as they are in the same pocket.
Buy- The Foaming Toilet Cleaning Powder. Just wow!
Buy - The Laundry Washing Strips - best thing ever. Little Strips of detergent which do the job remarkably well even on low temperatures, and are much more convenient, compact, and lighter than boxes of powder, sachets, or bottles of liquid. Also very economical.
Buy - The rubber broom. Brilliant for getting pet hair off the carpet. Also for sweeping up on hard floors.
Avoid - The Spectacles Cleaner gadget - it left my glasses smeary. Returned.
Avoid- The Chop and Dicer. OK for some things, but takes considerable strength to use for dicing/chopping. Its not strong enough - the lid is fiddly to remove for washing and on mine, the collection box broke near the 'hinge' as a result. Having said that, there was no problem getting a replacement box from them. Its also quite easy to cut yourself on the inserts, especially the slicer, which is probably the most useful element for thinly slicing things. That said, I've gone back to using grater, knife and chopping board - not least because they are easier to clean.
All in all though, I highly recommend this company - especially as they do honour their Satisfaction Guarantee - so that makes me more willing to try things. However, it would be helpful if their site allowed customer reviews of individual items.

Postage is £3.99 but returns is not free!! You have to pay to return an item which doesn’t state on their site unless you want to return an item and then they send you the returns policy!!
Have bought a few things but have then seen them much cheaper on other sites. One item cost £20 but the same one was on another site for less that half that amount. If you want to return an item you have to pay postage, no label available.
